So the tender for £42bn worth of testing and diagnostics services for the next 2 is for what if not covid? Masks will be in our lives forever in one form or another, just as SE Asia still uses them after SARS.

I suspect the test will manifest itself in a number of different forms, both in terms of ongoing development (which is why we might see something much sooner than 6 months which will then quickly evolve) but also a number of different appliances for different locations and applications (ultra mobile, high volume modular etc). What is key is if we are in a position to tender for a piece if the £42bn tender offer which closes around 7th Dec i think. Whilst the test might not be complete then they need to have enough product data to put an offer in.

Reading a report on Reuters there does seem to be a large degree of skepticism about being an early adopter throughout Europe inc the UK. Speaking to my better half who's pregnant says she won't go near it for as long as she is feeding etc and many aren't anti vaxers so there will be a staged adoption alongside vaccination for longer than the market reaction over the past 2 days. Add that to the £42bn of testing tenders released today i suspect there is decent mileage in the old testing girl yet.

People seem to be missing the point that a vaccine only changes the brief for testing, not remove it. When there is a mass roll out there will still need to be a mass coordinated testing program to track the ongoing effectiveness of the vaccine over a number of years as they don't know how long it will last. What a vaccine will do however is weed out the weak and leave the best offerings to thrive in the testing market. It looks like ours could be amongst the top offerings well into the future

As Carl has said in the past, a vaccine only changes the purpose of testing, not replaces it. He has gone on to say previously that we'll be testing for 5 years from this but...tonight he makes sensible comments on the back of events...

RMS have got the attention of the Nottingham MP for the area of P2F on Twitter - not on Twitter myself but perhaps reaching out to the Paraytec local MP or BRH might have the same result?

BRH already own 100% of Paraytec

The 600 million shares have been issued to BRH and Gareth of P2F. Not sure if Gareth needs to wait for a period for the shares to vest before he can sell them but I believe BRH are planning on keeping theirs. With an additional 600m shares in issue it does increase the MCAP without the SP which is why the price dropped today (to be expected) but it will depend on market sentiment and further news, including forward guidance on sales to determine if and when the SP rises again. Looks good in general but time will tell.

Good news RNS; reduces the likelihood of a placing, reduces the warrants outstanding and shows confidence by the warrant holders

Jeremy Hunt was on the radio saying from May next year rhey would like to test the entire population once a month....think the exact timing was indicative but think you get the idea...

The reason BRH is not moving as much is technically they only own 25% of RMS currently and there are only 700m or so shares in RMS. When the deal is ratified RMS will own 100% of P2F but BRH will own 37% of the enlarged capital of RMS which technically is not in the market value yet (RMS has an additional 600m shares to be issued on Thursday, half of which will go to BRH) assuming the SP of RMS stays the same as it is now the MCAP will near double from todays official number and the stake BRH own will pretty much double officially so you could see BRH MCAP value rise substantially to match the new RMS MCAP. Additionally the BRH mcap will not take into account (current value doesn't anyway) their Covid test potential so if anything BRH has far greater upside potential from here as RMS will double is shares in issue by the end of the week. That said both companies have the potential to do extremely well from here.

It falls in our favour perfectly as irrespective of not having a test to market now, rapid testing will be around for quite some time and it will soon get to the point where many people will have traces of the virus but not infectious. This is when our test will likely be ready and able to determine who is and isn't currently carrying an intact virus. Its potentially explosive growth from here....assuming the test can be carried through development and picked up of course.

For the subject its a well written RNS and gets my support for the motion...not that they were looking for it...

BRH own 100% of Paraytec so taking into consideration they have stakes in other companies then BRH will always be worth more than Paraytec.

BRH are getting 300m of those shares and will own 509m of approx 1.4bn when the enlargened RMS materialises with P2F in its stable. Assuming the value if RMS stays around 2p the stake BRH has in RMS will officially be worth nearly £11m

If P2F confirm they have forward sold most if not all the 5m per month then that gives tangible P/E value to P2F and therefore RMS and not just a speculative one. At 50p per mask you're looking at £30m rev per year for starters so the value and with that BRH's value will rise from where it is now. The RMS stake puts a significant floor in the value of BRH until Paraytec put some detail on routes to revenue with their product. This will then create a significant increase in the value of BRH. Which is what I suspect was TB's plan all along.

Next week they will hold 37.5% of RMS that will be worth circa £11m
