Its the update due at the end of april that will tell us if there is a viable test or not. Detail about route to market etc may start to emerge within a relatively short time frame depending on if a partner has been identified or not.

The detail due next should give the s&s info that will enable the BRH test to be benchmarked against the rest. According the Carl he is expecting it to be market leading so could be an explosive piece of info.

Of all the companies I've followed or invested in TB at BRH has been probably the smartest investor director out of them all. Some don't like his tactics but he hasn't ripped any one off but has made those who stuck with him long term quite wealthy. Don't get bitter, get smart.

Best thing to do is grab onto TB's coat tails and go along for the ride until he sells his final lot as its worked out pretty well so far for quite a few people.

I don't believe anything is underhand at all, that's the genius of it in my eyes.

You can steer the company growth with a personal long term plan to sell it once success and value has been created. That is essentially manipulating the game to your plan. Doesn't mean you are nefarious in your actions, just that you have a long term strategy. Pretty obvious really.

Your comments are bordering on silly as I have clearly stated the context of my post which is not even suggesting illicit dealings or action.

No its not as he has done it through value creation and sold shares when he has been able to. He ain't that stupid to sell when he clearly has inside knowledge and its pretty clear of that as he has never sold at the peak price, but into strength created by the company.

What he can't do is drop all his holding the day before the company comes out and says its all gone pear shaped with the covid test...cos that's illegal.

I know TB's history as I've been in and out of BRH for nearly 2 years. What he's done is bordering on genius as he has created value in the company whilst essentially trading it. He hasn't rinsed it and he has carefully manipulated the share price to increase it steadily whilst initially trading and then accumulating shares and now I'm sure he will offload incrementally at higher and higher levels along the way whilst using the resources of each business to create value.

He has made quite a few people aside from himself quite wealthy along the way, it is just those with bad timing, cynical, bitter or jealous who make complaint.

BRH is his baby, he did a smash and grab on RMS as he was undoubtedly presented with an unexpected opportunity to make a lot of money quickly. He has nursed BRH over time and thus far Paraytec especially has done exactly what they set out to do.

If you automatically assume selling now means bad news then you will fall to one of the bad timing / bitter / jealous crew should what has been suggested by the company happen as and when it has suggested it will.

If there was bad news pending then no director should be selling...pretty bloody obvious that as its insider trading.

There's one thing that can be credited to BRH and Carl - they have pretty much achieved everything they said they would and when they said they would do it. Aside from the clinical trial delay (which is ultimately not their fault) what they set out to achieve so far they have.

They just have taken their title and been realistic about expectations and milestones. Some have seen that as a sign of weakness...if anything it's a sign if strength. Not saying what will happen tomorrow onwards but what has happened is as per Carl's plan.

He may or may not have had an inclination...sometimes it needs to be actually said to have the impact required rather than just everyone assuming it. The optics here are bad irrespective of what is actually going on. AZ knows what is going on and it may be fantastic...which will undoubtedly cloud his perspective. He needed it to be pointed out to him. I'm sure I'm not the only one to have pointed it out but I'm happy what needed to be said has been said.

Harsh as in rude doesn't work. Harsh as in direct and clearly pis*ed off but articulate and to the point often does. There's no point in losing your rag but I have found in the past you don't need to pussy foot around either when a few clear truths are needed from the perspective of the author (in this case me). I managed to sell a significant amount at .465 on Thursday...would consider jumping back in around this price but that didn't make up for AZ making a half arsed effort to update the market. It does suggest there was something else he tried to tie up in time but without certainty on that it may just be my positive disposition.

I've had a response from him with part of it detailing a similar response about the gross originations. They are looking to detail a net breakdown in april with the accounts. I wont detail the email as it's fair to say I used some harsh words about their communication and PR. Articulate venting I would describe it as - got my point across and had a reply and suffice to say I think he got the message.

Whilst I'm not suggesting either if the securitisation will be confirmed I do consider this information more of an ongoing process as opposed to the acquisition which was announced recently. That's a single event which will need to be reported asap whereas the business of funding and on boarding will be a continuous one (hopefully) and therefore constitutes normal trading. Would like to see definitive evidence of funding progress either way.

It won't get to £10...not to say it wouldn't get to £325bn mcap with a force 5 hurricane up its arse but by that point the overall shareholding would have changed likely with the likes of Softbank wading in and diluting it but enabling it to push on to the dizzy heights.

I think he's had and used up most of the leeway, especially after the suspension. He needs to provide a clear, concise and technical update giving progress to date, what projections are in place for the year and hopefully confirmation that money is finally in place. I dont necessarily need to see hundreds of clients and billions in place now but that the cascade effect is beginning and will start to gain traction over the coming months. This will restore credibility and afford him some latitude to use the spring and early summer to start to shift up a few years.

I interpret the two to be the same, albeit with nuanced differences in translation. AZ said the in the Q&A figures will be revealed in the accounts for DD and IM but the trading update will also give just that, a trading update. I would expect numbers in that too but not in an account form as such. If trading has taken place for numbers to be published in the accounts it's fair to assume an overview of this will be given in the form of a trading update. Sounds simple to me. Not saying that's will happen mind you but that's logic to me anyway

My take on what he said was DD booked revenue will show for 2020 in April and there will be booked revenue for IM in the next 2021 interims. This is a pretty clear signal that money is already coming in. How much is yet to be disclosed. I think these points have been overlooked somewhat.
