TB doesn't work the way you are suggesting. He's got a much bigger gameplay and he had use for part of his holding elsewhere and therefore not event based here. He's hedging his bets if anything as he still has 3.4m shares here and 30% of Chamberlin which went up 50% on Friday. He's not a 1 trick pony so you shouldn't look into his actions in the same way a director selling in a company he is exclusively involved in..

That's not to say everything will be on time but TB needs to be careful if he expects to be able to trade on the knowledge of an issue like that.

BRH, whilst being important to him is not the only pony in the yard.

TB can't do a spin out like he did at RMS, for starters he now only owns about 10% of BRH and therefore doesn't have the control he used to. Besides its better for him just to let it run and cash out on the way up...he got a lot of stick for RMS, doing something like suggested would not go down well anywhere.

I'm not convinced by the the Chamberlin connection, I have an engineering background and have clients very similar to them (may have completed work for them as well in the past but can't remember...) and this isn't their specialist subject. My thoughts are more down the Thermo Fisher / Fuji Diosynth route as they can produce easily, to scale and have massive market healthcare penetration to shift volume. That's not to say the private commercial market can't be served differently.

Timing is absolutely perfect (well near perfect) as they have announced trial events like the concert where people will get tested nearby before and then after the event....not sure I feel like hanging around for 30 mins for a LFT result so bingo...but it's about broadcasting it now.

Not sure if it's staged ignorance or being fecesious Dragline but if you think TB has left everyone else high and dry then you really haven't been watching over the past year. He has taken quite a few who stuck around on a lucrative journey...a journey that isn't over yet so take the blinkers off and look at what's in front of you.

People seem to forget that aside from a small delay setting up the clinical trial Paraytec has done exactly what it set out to do and when. Dont get me wrong TB's shenanigans are annoying but they cannot be seen to be directly connected with the imminent progress of one of his holdings
TB is playing to a much bigger picture and to an extent hes playing chess with himself so one shouldn't look too closely at each move as we don't know his gameplan. Hes made quite a lot so far so it is best not to try and over interpret his moves and just concentrate on why we are here and not what he is doing. If Carl wasnt so open and honest with his progress then I might have cause for concern but I get the impression he is a business savvy scientist who appreciates both his science and the implications of his science.

I would suggest your summary is spot on here, Carl told me last night that they have had plenty of candidates for the clinical trial which, albeit not the only reason for a delay would be one of the largest suggests his work is on track to deliver better than expected results. What happens from there who knows but Carl is the one to focus on, not TB and he's doing a stellar job just now.

That may (emphasis on may) be the silver liner here. Hes sold out pre news so may keep the rest for longer...assuming he doesn't need more cash of course. We will see but I remain fairly convinced his move is unrelated to the BRH timeline and the potential of the news to come.

At the end of the day if the opportunity to diversify 5m shares in BRH by selling some now for a long play in Chamberlin that may take a number of years to grow but the remaining stake in BRH will more than make up for the sell by an imminent raise in value then its a win win, simples.

Exactly, not saying its not annoying but at the same time none of TB's sales have had anything to do with BRH performance (per se). He sold RMS as it was an amazing opportunity he wasn't expecting quite so soon. BRH sales have always been unconnected to the company.

Chamberlin is still suspended I believe, still in bail out mode.
