It's all rather naive to assume AZ is ignorant to all this. Even I was aware of the Vatican scandal and I'm in no way connected.

SYME is the creation of AZ and as more corporates sign on to the concept (such as Lenovo) I'm become more and more confident this will gain the traction it needs. I could be wrong of course but the chatter being banded about is all in the past and in the public domain.

The whole thread on ADVFN where this has come from has gotten a bit silly for me.

It's not what they are selling it is because they sell across multiple territories and therefore different taxes and other procedures may apply. Its essentially saying they can't be held responsible if any advice they may give turns out to be inaccurate. Chances are they will be pretty on the ball but just in case.

I think some of the insinuations made by a few about the legitimacy of LFS and its associations with Lenovo and its subsidiaries has been professionally offensive to those involved (not to people on here as that doesn't matter) including AZ as whilst I'm still waiting on the all important numbers todays announcement was an important step.

The important thing is the connection is not 'incestuous'...therefore it provides a third party validation review of the business. Not numbers but a long way to validate the business model which is nearly as important right now.

Certainly goes a long way to it - detractors will find it difficult to pick that one apart.

I differ to some in that I have seen the idiosyncrasies of different countries and their working practices. Essentially they still get 'stuff done'...but just in a slightly different way...there is no reason a non US enterprise can't achieve the level of success that the likes of Facebook, Amazon, Apple etc. It takes a lot of hard work and creativity and being listed so early does highlight some of the workings to get the pieces in place. We UK people are inherently sceptical and very often don't appreciate the workings of getting this sort of enterprise going....which is perhaps part the reason why we are yet to achieve such dizzying heights.

I usually consider a stock under the 'success or fail' process...here, for the first time is either a success or it's a fraud. Business in Italy, and indeed parts of Europe are done differently to here and some practices we may consider shady where there its normal. The 'slush fund' BAE set up in Saudi was considered normal there but the SFO thought it fraud here. Having worked in SE Asia where it's different again I am willing to see through some of the unusual aspects of how this has been developing as the concept is potentially revolutionary...we are approaching the point where it now needs to work and so its crunch time so to speak. I'm on the side of success....and hope I'm getting on the right horse.

Only when there is proof to see the scheme is up and running will the price breakthrough the current trend. There will be a lift once it is proven there is in fact a company (and it's not a fraud which is being peddled very hard currently and undoubtedly putting some off) and then additional lift depending on the projected numbers. Until we have evidence the platform is beginning to be adopted we are merely waiting. Hopefully this month will be the final reveal. Otherwise sentiment will start to erode and not build. AZ needs now to put numbers where his mouth is.

There are genuinely two polar opposite ways to look at recent events. The passing on of DW's stake could easily be part of a larger plan to bring on new blood and the sale price whichever way you look at it yields a decent return. That said passing over to 5 individuals that each receive just under 3% stake therefore not requiring a disclosure does give opportunity to offload into the market on the quiet if the conspiracy were to be true. In addition on the 31st the price did get tantalising close to the option price...but didn't not pass it to ensure AZ needed to either exercise it and stump up his own cash or publically turn it down...it did however rise with enthusiasm and liquidity to enable the others to offload their stake into an enthusiastic market....should that have been the case.

I believe in the concept, product and idea and have invested a sizable amount into it...however there are a few coincidences that have an odd odour that can only be refreshed with some numbers and confirmed associations with entities not associated with AZ or his companies (ie banks - as per the Middle East project). I'm looking forward to these reveals but do understand some may be sceptical at the moment.

As previously mentioned it all comes down to the on boarding of first clients and their subsequent experience. The growth effect will be very similar to social media platforms; good early adopter experiences will cascade into exponential growth. If that occurs then 16p by a dec is definitely a mean average bet I would suggest. So much conjecture and speculation at the moment however as we are the early adopters in the share price...if we have a good experience then many more will come on board!

It's funny as if his share was on the Nasdaq it would have probably risen today as there was a lot contained within that RNS to take away. We need numbers but the notion of a continuous pool of cash for securitisation to at least cover the companies already on board creates a far more open ended potential rather than a ring fenced sum. Should enable the securitisation rounds to be near seamless with additional funding sources thrown into the pool as well. Essentially a corporate ATM for inventory. It still needs confirmation that the first transaction has been completed but it looks like at least the hard work is done....we will see over the coming weeks.

If the machine was to be delivered end of Nov it would have been FAT tested mid November, a process they would have been involved in either directly (which would normally happen) or remotely which may happen in this case so there is a good chance they knew the kit was not arriving at the time they suggested it was. No great long term issue as it is quite common for this test to slip but does throw questions over what TB and PR knew.

Did re read the article and it would appear it was just before one on Friday (was still fuzzy eyed) but detaip was released first thing Monday so info was out there prior to them selling which is probably what the NOMAD wanted.

Can't see it being an issue as he was talking out of trading hours and they issued an RNS first thing Monday morning so the interest would have been on the back of that content and not the tweet. May have forced the RNS to be released first thing Monday but what do I know!

The negative posts all sound very similar....scripted even...unoriginal too. Either people without a firm grasp of proper English or an ulterior motive.

Can't ask for much more from that interview, very articulate, divulges more information about where we are now without overstepping the market rules and comes across with great integrity. The fact they are able to make the end product themselves but ship the filter material on huge scale does bode brilliantly for scaling up quickly and inexpensively. Its the sort of scalable product like when clingfilm was first invented!

Not exactly as the key to this success is the time it has taken to manufacture the nano particles cost effectively in bulk which is not easy. If it is successful then others will attempt to copy but then the patents go some way to ensure they are not direct copies.

If they had 5-10 million to sell that's fine but they had a significant amount on their books so no matter what news them selling will have an impact on share price. Prospects next week have nothing to do with selling now, BRH are seed investors essentially to this venture and they are getting their investment back with interest. This business has a very bright future.

Nothing fishy at all, BRH set this deal up with RMS and they got paid in shares. BRH is an investment company and is simply getting paid for their work bringing this to fruition. They may keep some longer term but to have that much weight in an investment portfolio is dangerous and not what its all about. They need to balance out their investment strategy and this is a way to do it. No reflection on the prospects of P2F at all.
