If he had a negligible holding and only drew a wage i would agree with you. Whilst his actions can be looked upon as selfish it does appear that he may have had a longer play here with several pieces to move about. Of course his motivators are to benefit him primarily but to put P2F in a separate, more visible vehicle and maintaining a 25% holding in BRH is quite a smart move. I'm happy to hang onto his coat tails with my reasonable holding in BRH as he clearly believes his position here will benefit from the stake in RMS and any potential movement with paraytec

I see Mr Holiday has been making a bit of an arse of himself on Twitter again taking on a subject he doesn't really know much about.

It annoys me that he seems to think the foray into hand sanitizer was a flop and basically a con to shareholders. Since lockodwn I've validated a number of hand sanitizer lines cobbled together by a whole host of companies that never made the stuff but could adapt their tech to make it. All the new players inevitably crashed the wholesale price which made it non viable for most new entrants. This however is different. A dedicated production line, European made and laid up to make their patented product (should be be validated) specifically for this market. Couldn't be further from a opportunistic punt whuch itself was a worth ago. I get the impression the man is a bit of a moron when it comes to R&D and manufacturing..or someone who personally doesn't like BRH...not really sure. Cant comment on his knowledge of digging up stuff in the ground....bit primative a subject for me.

So come early Oct we will know if we have a proven concept rapid Covid test and a Covid killing face mask....good timing for a double lift if they both work!

If we prove the concept and the government deem it to be of national importance to add this test to the tool chest it may be a case of a shotgun wedding with big pharma to get it out...we will see.

They are in discussions about possible license and/or jv partners as they don't have the capacity or start up capital to take it from 0-100 in a short period of time. By developing and owning the IP outright gives them the collateral to approach these discussions from a position of strength...should the concept be proven. They have taken a quieter approach to some of the other, now larger cap test companies to date and not wanted to shout big speculative numbers from the get go....resulting effect will be a smaller fall from grace or a more explosive reaction with pent up potential coming to life if they can prove the concept and find a partner....hopefully only a couple of weeks now to start unwrapping the past few months work...

Getting ahead of yourself publicly can be problematic, as i was told there are a number of tests that don't do what they say they can do or could do so reduces credibility. Flip side its a case of chicken and egg so as long as this is more than just a research project then assuming the POC is a success there will be genuine cause to shout about it publicly. It just better culminate in something to justify the patience and investment from all sides!

They are in discussions ref jv/license of the test, all behind closed doors at the moment. Its the proof of concept that will unlock any tie ups and enable them to announce commercial terms.. They have no intention/ capability to take to market alone but they need get the tech to POC first. Suffice to say PR could be a lot better but they feel until the science is there its just talk. Providing they are in conversations with the right parties now then it may prove to be a moot point later. Need to get on with it though...we will see in a few weeks.

My thoughts keep returning to the fact Trevor sold out RMS to put all his eggs in the BRH basket so I suspect whilst the deal is good for RMS it must ripple out to BRH with other irons in the fire to amplify the effect otherwise Trevor wouldn't have done it this way. It might create true value for P2F better this way rather than a 50% holding by BRH as i would expect regular official newsflow rather than via the P2F news page or twitter account.

Problem is you're labouring your point and mixing it with conjecture and opinion which isn't based on fact...and its gotten a little boring. The RNS wasn't commercial, it was technical; what they've achieved, how they went about it and a breakdown insofar as making it fairly understandable to non informed people. From that angle its a very good release. Its too soon to say how far it will go because they need to further the development to give commercial predictions. Suffice to say if they achieve their technical goals theme will end up with a commercially compelling offer which has the potential of becoming a future proof design. No one can really make an accurate assessment of if it will or wont work just yet...but at least we know when that will he determined now.

Emotion is in control here and negative sentiment is being fuelled by commentators making predictions and taking subsequent credit solely on emotion. Its not been helped by the BOD playing perfectly into this perception with some recent activity. We are now down to a level where fundamentals create a floor as this company does generate revenue, owns IP and does appear to have decent prospects based upon the R&D it has been conducting. It may drop a little more on emotion but this isn't an organisation with no revenue so there is a fundamental value that can be calculated and i suspect has had a much better start to this year than previous ones and worth more than is currently quoted.

An excellent audience for the product should it work. Situated in the right places too.

The P2P citrus trials are very interesting and much further ahead than setting up a test for C19. The IP is already in place and if it proves to work they are alone in having a cure and could be worth an awful lot of money. Its not a vogue as C19 but could easily be more profitable.

That's been updated quickly...and before the TR1 which does give some credence to the idea TB had a plan to oust the culprit of killing the ascent. It may be he's shot himself in the foot in the process but if BRH does deliver then he may get more respect than criticism in the mid to long term.

Interesting yes but not directly connected to the SP. Its that that puzzles me as he is surely jeopardising that completing if he has sold with disregard to the business he runs...

what puzzles me slightly is the deal to aquire additional equity in Phasefocus is still subject to shareholder approval at 29p so its a case TB has forgotten the deal is still to be ratified, he genuinely needed the money for personal reasons or believes this will blow over in the near term and not affect that transaction...the outcome of the last two are ultimately the same as selling is not connected to fundamentals. Cant speak for the former...

From what I understand others didn't believe it could be done with aptamers...so understandably reluctant to wade in. To use an example of the social media space, Facebook was not the first entrant to the market but has proven to be the best and most successful...not sure what happened to my space and friends reunited...perhaps a leap to far in comparison but with innovation its not always the first out the blocks who is ultimately the most successful....although time is of the essence here of course...hence working weekends!

I'm not entirely convinced he's selling at this price anyway, volume is relatively low and there will be people who collected enough shares to offload in round numbers when they feel there are other opportunities elsewhere. Im more of the mind the talk of a large seller offloading all the way down is perpetuating into others selling theirs...
