Hi Yayay.
I reckon that TLC is right that disclosure of third parties awaiting 'signing off' is not desirable, but IMO not for the reason of future projects (at least not yet) that he suggests. From the link that Glen has just given to the planning authority, one can see from the very long list of documents, a number of consulted organizations that must be satisfied under the conditions of the planning permission, the granting of which does not give the simple 'go-ahead' that most people believe. All that Scotgold have agreed to do and adhere to will no doubt have to be seen to be done correctly and 'signed off' at specified stages of the project construction and indeed over the entire life of the mine and the Cononish project to restoration, not only to the NPA, but also with bodies such as the environment agency, water authority, local council etc, etc. Scotgold will have to work with all these bodies for a very long time, so 'ruffling any feathers' would be a potential own goal. I have experienced/observed such ongoing permitting in other projects, so one should not expect this one to be different. Frustrating for delays and I'm sure for RG, but that is just how it is and must be dealt with. Hope that helps.
Regards, R.
