Ah yes Clive Black, whatever happened to him and his infinite knowledge of Ocado? They don't put out any more broker notes regards Ocado as far as I'm aware as its still under review lol

I've not been here as long as yourself okiedo as I only got interested in 2012, I was dealing with supermarkets directly then so I know all bout the shenanigans they get up to, but I could see then Ocado were different to the rest hence my initial investment.

There was also of course the short interest and their general lack of knowledge on what Ocado was trying to achieve, which even today they don't appear to understand the level of disruption that Ocado is bringing into the market globally. Tim's come a long way, I recall a photo of him a long time ago packing a box of groceries off a conveyor belt, now the robots are doing it for him. It has been a roller coaster of a ride over the years and yes you can make money on the fluctuating SP which is something I've always said despite going long here.

I'm pleased a lot of my forecasts have come to fruition, mainly the capitulation of the shorts, the FTSE100 entry and the £14 SP which was hit back in April, also I did say a long time ago that Ocado could be the next Amazon in waiting

We could do with some more international deals but I believe they've enough on the plate right now to chew on, but who knows ?

No ones ever bought here looking at the fundamentals, the market prices the company based on everything it's aware of and after taking everything into consideration.

In the long term Ocado will grow into its valuation as its expands

I think you'd better give Kroger a call nuri123a and let them know they've made a huge mistake investing in Ocado's glorified technology ?

You can't believe one of the worlds largest supermarket chains has made such an error of judgement after spending all those millions on due diligence over the space of 12 months...................

You might also want to give a heads up to Coles in Australia, Sobeys in Canada and Casino in France, what were they all thinking ?

This is exactly what was said by a range of experts and people in the know back in the day when the SP was a quid, so they were shorting at this price which must be eye watering now at today's price, you no longer hear from these people just new posters with big ideas about where the company is heading as the bears always know better, the shorts have never made any real money here just the longs and I'm speaking from personal experience..............

My PT was hit at £14 as most of you know as I've been round here a while saying exactly that. The only real setback was Andover getting burnt down which they couldn't have predicted but thankfully they were fully insured for.

Remember online shopping is still relatively in its infancy in the UK but the UK is leading the way and Ocado do have the best solution in town

MDZ are an investors nightmare, the directors are self serving which we know from the salary increases last year, they have not earned the right

Shareholders look for value in a company and there just isn't any here, the cash position will be very interesting this time round as there can't be much left imo

They should have come out with this a lot sooner than they did, just giving people in certain quarters ammunition to fire back at the company
