Lets not forget MRW could be key to the next deal, as I've said before it wouldn't take much for one CEO to speak to another. Tim needs MRW onside right now, especially as Andrew Harrison starts in his new role tomorrow, his retail skills will be invaluable

One of Morrisons strategies was to expand it's offering to the south of London which it has virtually achieved reading the RNS this morning. OSP now gives Morrisons a "capital light" solution to sharing Erith with Ocado, which is what they're about now as you've stated.

There's no automation to store picking that I know of unless Ocado are coming up with something ingenious, be interesting to see what ideas they come up with. The routing technology is already there of course for the vans. Has anyone ever seen figures released for grocers using the store picking method? I bet the answer is no and there's a good reason for that !

If Amazon can't make "fresh" a big success in their home market I can't see them tearing up any trees in the UK. Still looks a piecemeal offering to me in an already saturated market. What happened to the much vaunted German launch? Europe's biggest marketplace and their nowhere to be seen?

I'm holding long term for the international licences, nothing has changed other than Amazon are buying a few hundred MRW products for their prime members which will dilute their stores even further. The good news for Ocado is that they may have a contribution towards the costs at Erith now albeit by coming up with a solution for MRW online at stores off the grid. They have a large bargaining chip now called Amazon to bet with, better be careful how they play the hand though.

Further dilution to their store offering, how Potts thinks the deal with Amazon strengthens this part of the business is beyond me, More store closures to come fore sure now.

I'd be quite happy to see Andover up and running, at least an overseas partner can see what they're buying, we're at a pivotal moment right now

I believe they had an understanding which hasn't materialised into a deal, the set up at Andover looks cutting edge, better than anything I've seen yet so let's have a bit more patience and await developments
