The spread has reduced as least, sometimes this does defy logic as it's a fantastic share to be in and the risk is spread over several companies, can only think they want shares to fill some large orders so reduce the SP to induce sells but I'm only guessing. I did ask for a trading update but alas nothing which hopefully means they're so busy they haven't got time although we are investors and would appreciate some crumbs occasionally to feed on, as I keep saying this is a pivotal year for MDZ and a progress report would be helpful

Good timing Yelsmek but not for the trading update, this is more or less predictable now. I would say there's bigger news on the way maybe 3-4 months away?

Forgot to mention that there is a closed period for directors buying/selling which is 2 months prior to the results coming out I believe

He has to satisfy certain rules to avoid accusations of insider dealing, if a takeover offer for Ocado came in tomorrow he's in trouble. Being the money guy he's privy to certain information as the others are, he's buying now I believe because he sees an international deal on the horizon maybe, which can't be imminent or he would be accused of taking advantage of price sensitive information like that guy from Morrisons who was finally prosecuted. DTB has made a sizeable investment so he obviously sees Ocado as being currently undervalued moving forward. As I've posted before I don't see a deal on the cards until Andover is fully up and running, it's the new showroom for the company.

Thanks for the update, I'm sure its difficult when you've been sat on a loss for a period of time but these things can take years to get going, getting in at the bottom is key, having the right management in place is paramount, have a clear strategy with funding in place is a must. Just looking at ARM holdings and wishing I'd got in early there, what a success story, shame the ownership is going abroad, a truly great UK company as Coretx Holdings will be !
