No lenders agreement no Sidara deal.

I don’t believe that Sidara are delaying the publication - It’s nonsense that they fear another bid.

It can only be the auditors are not happy.

Not back, never away just don’t post here anymore but recent ‘new posters’ appearing it seemed prudent to clear the fog.

It was added today and market notified by LSE last Friday.

Obviously very little time to allow for preparation or positioning.

Liquidity was already poor last week with book unable to fulfil orders - had many rejected.

Wide spreads continued today.

Most of the volume on offer at minor exchanges(chix, tg, batseu, aqx etc) not the LSE today as last week - Not ideal!

Should resolve itself over time.

Now we just need the accounts published to put this sorry episode to bed!

Sidara need this trading to ensure a majority shareholder vote.

Until lenders agree lending they could collapse the sidara deal.

The owners of the debt has already changed hands and will continue to do so as long as there are no accounts. That’s why they already only have 70% lender support.

Sidara won’t be fearing another bidder but losing the support of lenders,
