Matt’s not selling anything into the market so there really should not be an impact on the share price.

They need the vote of 23rd to allow publication of accounts to avoid breaking covenants and facing dire consequences.

All very transparent now.

Of course the accounts will be out before on 12th Nov.

They need to be out 14 days prior.

I expect accounts out two weeks today.

14 days is plenty of time for analysis.

Results have to be published min 14 days prior to vote.
