When the FCA came in we lost 5p per share from the offer.

That’s what the FCA intervention did for us.

Correct it’s 30p or another bidder? No other options.

Shorts just have to close their positions.

To be fair the deal is 99.9% done unless someone else steps up with a better deal.

There is absolutely no way the shareholders will reject it without a better alternative.

Really don’t know why AA was not impacted but the issues were discussed on both CNBC and Bloomberg lunchtime today.

No solution is expected until after the peak Thanksgiving period.

No idea if domestic airlines are given priority especially over this period but I am sure Trump would rather they were.

Re-opening price 25-28p depending on accounts.

If they are much better than expected possibly higher but I really doubt the numbers or near term outlook will be good.

Does not makes sense yet again as they have to wait 14days after accounts until vote.

That means they spend more money delaying everything and having to notify everyone.

If the accounts don’t get published by Wednesday the vote is delayed

If they still cant release the accounts despite yesterday’s vote then there is no hope!

We need the accounts!

They have to release them 14 days before the vote currently on 12th Nov so any delay has big impact.

Sure they will try to avoid further delays.
