If it does not relist the assumption has to be that the FCA has found something else so I believe the vote will be an overwhelming landslide in favour of 30p deal.

No I am long but want the hope of a higher offer.

Problem is that it was always a long shot to get another bid but the chances reduce to ZERO if we dont retrurn to trading before the vote.

Looks like FCA are screwing us again.

Last time they took 5p off the offer now they are preventing a return to trading.

I suggest everyone chases the FCA to get this trading!

On Fridays investor conference cal they said they HAD applied for relisting

Relisting and the timing is entirely down to the FCA at this point - Assuming the company applied as per Fridays Conference call.

In answer to a question on conference call (on WG web site) the company said that had already requested relisting and expected a response from FCA early this week?

To be fair it’s all out there now and the next two weeks will now definitely determine the outcome. Personally I don’t see any future for WG without a bid from Sidara or anyone credible bidder. However WG’s future will be determined by the Institutional shareholders voting W/C 17th Nov. I expect the institutional holders to agree with me but Ice doesn't.

Not really anything else to debate.
