It makes little sense as it’s not large and is better to wait for lower rates.

Retail means bricks and mortar/high street etc.

The only issue is they have likely exhausted growth in the online market for nutrition until they open in new countries /markets and revenue growth will come from retail growth/distribution so margins and attributable revenue will both deteriorate. All totally as expected but sometimes things get miss reported or misunderstood. Hopefully they will be very clear when reporting the numbers.

The current share price is irrelevant in this case.

Any successful bid would need to be pitched at a min of 250-300p given the valuation and bid history.

I agree it’s good news they have pivoted rather than loosing sales.

I didn’t mean to be negative but everyone need to understand the challenge to grow revenue as before.

But it’s all good that they have anticipated the market move and addressed the change in consumer behaviour.

Sadly I assume everyone realises the income from licensing is negotiable - easy money but never going to add up to much money for THG.

The other issue is that in store retail sales is fine but the margin is being given(shared with) to the retailers.

Thats fine as long as retail sales is not replacing online sales?

On line is highly profitable

Softbank deal was a real benefit for THG shareholders at the time but rather squandered away since.

Any similar deal or a partial sale of a division would be great news but so far THG haven’t cracked it!
