Shorts were closing again today using the same two Market Makers either side of book.

Likely Wellington continued to close today but as already down to 46%(?) likely never know for sure.

Matt’s not published advance dates at least once before but phoned the analysts the night before. A couple couldn’t make the conference call.

Lets see?

From memory its only the AGM which needs to be notified to shareholders 21 days prior to event.

All other financial reporting has to be published online but the date does not need notified to shareholders in advance.

The only issue is that analysts need advance notification to be on conference calls.

That’s my understanding with UK PLCs

This year’s AGM statement is also not on their web site.

He’s the leader of a £2b UK PLC.

A poor performing one - as measured by valuation (share price).

I wonder why?

How can anyone respect him as CEO or the company that employed him as CEO after reading that?

It’s a shocker.

As a leader of a PLC he should not be posting his inadequacies on a public formum.

It undermines him and the company.

The short answer is that it’s not a one man band.

He should have a very able executive board to deligate tasks to.

He is CEO - the leader.

He should do his job and not try to do everything.

Hence he needs some coaching.

We are entitled to hold opposing views.

I knew posting that would get a get responses from his fan club.

But we all hope he delivers this week and then he will get to carry on and hopefully get some much needed coaching.

I am not a fan of Matt and also believe he’s on his last chance - Hence his semi breakdown and crass LinkedIn post.

But he’s all we have at the minute and I hope he delivers for us all.

If they have to remove him, I doubt he will go quietly so that’s not my preferred solution.
