I just think if he had the MBO card up his sleave he would have played it back in Jan after profit warning but before Apollo saw the books and liked them.

I don't disagree I just thing if he could do it he would have done so.

Option b is way beyong his means and would require debt.

If there are a 'fairly goldmother' out there me would have used that option before Apollo approach.

Option a is most likely in my option which is fine but just takes longer to remove him.

The only thing Matt has pulled out of his hat so are scorpions.

So it's either the GS expiring in Sept (or sooner) or his removal as CEO at AGM (or by BOD at any time). Even if he is removed as CEO he still has the GS but at least talks can progress immediatey ahead of September.

That's why I will be voting him out at AGM.

Matt has ruled out a take over with his red lines.

If he goes or his GS is removed then it's very likely but he is a rather large obstacle ATM.

I will vote against his re-election.

I can't see a downside only possible upside.
