Uptrend line at 57p if broken it’s 53p then 47p then 38p etc.

Matt clearly thinks very differently from us ordinary mortals with our logical thinking.

He had a chance to cut a deal with a PE firm with existing strong connection and understanding after the recent successful debt refinancing last autumn.

But he chose to spurn the existing relationship.

Sadly he’s in his bunker fighting everything and everyone.

How does it end?

Let’s see but up until now he hasn’t cared about his shareholders.

Institutional investors will act but they will need to see support from outside his friends and family - Namely us

I am not expecting any MBO but that MM will just battle on from his bunker until he is forced out?

We don’t have to win the vote to have a meaningful impact.

If the AGM is meaningless it will be our own fault.

It’s up to us to make stand and put him under pressure.

It will also give courage to any silent dissident voices amongst the 65%.

I think that’s we all want them to do but I sadly I don’t believe they will.

They will want more certainty of victory before buying a position as without a bid being successful these shares aren’t going anywhere until Matt does something extraordinarily unexpected.

Matt would be finished but PE are going to need institutional shareholder support to move MM out even after the GS expires.

I agree Apollo could come back but believe it will take a real change in shareholders sentiment towards MM for them to do so.

Going hostile(against management) is not comfortable ground for PE.

Let’s hope the shareholders (Institutional and Private) do manage to force change at the top?

Volumes low on Friday but had been OKish so someone has sold up to bring us down here and its unlikely to be just the speculative money?
