We need to send a message to the BOD but more importantly to the Institutions that the Private Investors want change and will offer support to them to force change through.

The Institutions won’t stand up and act without PI encouragement as MM and his cronies are too powerful unless we all unite.

They want to open shorts high not low and there is little volume outside their selling.

The share spread on retail investor web sites is often wrong as they often don't include the prices on the minor exchanges where most of THG is actually traded.

This is even worse when volumes are low.

That is one of many possible explanations.

Winning the support from the major shareholders is the only way of beating Matt even after the Gold Share expires.

THG is not a FTSE 100 company with derivatives traded on various exchanges globally.

Building a small stake now on the open market would save them nothing in the great scheme of things and risks early exposure.

He will fight to keep control but I am sure any bidder and the Institutional Shareholders have worked that out!

I anticipate the Institutional Shareholders will surprise Matt and accept any reasonable bid.

No point arguing with Matt whilst he had the Golden Share.

I expect a hostile bid after the Golden Share expires and Matt has a better chance defending against it if THG does not have a Premium listing at that point.

The Premium listing can't happen anyway until the Golden Share expires or is given up but the Premium Listing is in doubt give his history?

Golden Share will expire but he will delay any premium listing in my view.

He wont want new instituational shareholders entering at a low price and ready to take offers

It automatically expires on 16th Sept 23.

He can't do anything to prevent it.

His Golden Share expires 16th Sept - 3 years after listing.

He can't change that.
