Agree with all but why do you think MM would press ahead with the premium listing? He has the perfect excuse to delay (Government review) and he doesn’t need anymore Institutional Investors? Institutional investors are infinitely more likely to unseat him than a few PIs - won’t want more concentrated power blocks against him.

Likely he will take advice from Charles Allen who was unseated at ITV by Institutional Investors.

Let’s see but sure he will delay premium listing especially as he is losing his Golden Share on 16th Sept,

Happy if he proves me wrong but he has twice declined offers 170 to 250p + and allowed the share price to drop to 37-60p.

That’s not in the interest of shareholders.

His behaviour beyond just declining these offers also has led to the company’s current valuation.

Sadly he so far has proven an enormous liability
