Apparently a couple of the Lombard research analysts were on the trial, and the gel didn’t work for them! Everyone one else was having a great time standing to attention, but sadly for these dudes they were left lame and are keen to bail out, DYOR as they say. I’ve got my buy order at 30.1 and will hopefully ride this bad boy home! GLA
Bah, brexit, this is meant to be shares talk. We will leave, junker will be out of a job, we’ll have billions of pounds a month, extra no more immigrants, British jobs for British workers as GB would have said, bring it on, we will leave and have our FREEDOM. Mind a stronger pound would be helpful and lower the dev costs for JOG almighty!
Any idea what happened to the annual report? I can’t seem to find it on the website. Looks to be a lot of value here. Can anyone shed light on the 4.8million current liabilities reported in the 2018 interim report?
The only point I was making is I think these 500p estimates don’t recognise money is going to have to be raised to fund the FDP. Without that money, the oil is stuck in the ground. Genuine question (because I’m no expert) are there any other companies with 100M market cap and no source of revenue/production? I would like to see this covered as part of the Equinor deal, or a further farm down, rather than a placing. CLNR are a good example, they seem to go back to the market every 6 months for funding, IF Jersey go this root, you can forget life changing sums, 10 pounds a share, yachts and whatever dreams are made of, I hope they don’t, and would like to hear more on this ASAP - IMHO that is when the SP will really rerate. Delivery of the FDP is going to require tens, if not hundreds, of millions of pounds.
Thanks! Really good read and far more useful than STFU! I guess this is the paragraph of interest for me...anyhow, thanks for sharing and would love to see the Arden estimates realised! :)
Equity Capital Markets: Whilst not practical to consider the full range of public market instruments that may be considered during a licence’s life in this guidance, the Applicant should disclose any anticipated funding to be provided
via IPO, rights issue or similar offering along with anticipated timing of such a fundraising. Where securing funding of this nature is critical to the Commitment] the level of requested information and scrutiny by the OGA will be higher. Where such funding is anticipated as a future option rather than a critical source of funding,
detailed disclosure of such funding is not anticipated.
Jog needs to share the plan for getting the oil out the ground asap. It’s like have the parts for a 911, but if you don’t know how (or more importantly can’t afford) to build the car, its as good as having a pile of scrap metal. Might make 3 GBP on the farm in news, but will need financing plans (farm down?) to close the gap to targets like this and beyond.
Joined the Aminex club today, guess it’s a bit of a one way bet on this despot we have running Tanzania at the moment. Curious, how much are AEX assets worth if the get the licence extension? Any other SP movers on the horizon? How would a reverse take over work? Aminex has been good for me in the past, way back In 2014 and again in 2017, fingers crossed 3rd it lucky? Or bust!
Interesting to see the terms of this recent Equinor Farm-in, would be great if we got something similar!!! But also competition for capital and opportunities in NS!

I agree with your take on the RNS, but if that’s the case, JOG have only spent a couple of million so far, and they will need to raise massive sums (200M?) to progress the FDP. Will that be a placing, farm down? Dunno but think that risk will hold the SP down until more info is shared.
An exciting couple of days! Tempting to top up but already in heavy! Great to have discovered resource but somewhat worthless if you can’t get it out the ground, let’s hope Statoil come forward with a generous carry, but RNS implies costs to date only? Also notice chairman buy at this level which is nice to see, but small purchase for the big man. I’m in it long term for the win, exciting times!
