Dick £43 up ‘em still banging the drum on this one?

Spaffed so much money on this stock averaging down from the last raise to about 13p, ended up with a large holding, 1-2 million shares for which there are no buyers as UK exploration is categorically dead! So this salvages the position for me with a 60% haircut, get to live another day, will try investing in a company that produces a profit next time!

Its price reflects no interest, no belief, if they turn a profit, this re-rates to 10p. Warren Buffet told me. Just got to be patient.

I would take them at face value, as of end of 2024 they had 0.9M in the bank and are clearly focused on getting costs under control. Look to be on the path to earnings, some of the % growth rates are impressive, for examples, services...will be interesting to see where they are in 12 months.

More likely its Paul S selling down now he has lost his platform for ramping. He single handily moved the price from 2p to 30p last year!

Someone has taken a big spread bet on the price rising, watch this space :)

Not really a significant holding for Chris Jepps when he is on 170k a year…and he just gets new options after the placing, so just got to hope he is a straight fella. Some director buys would be reassuring!

Agree. This is priced for destruction. If they decide to raise now they basically wipe out existing holders, obviously true to form for aim. But if they are straight guys Chris Jepps, Andy and the new CEO, hopefully they find another solution.

That’s what I thought, but was already shared in the recent webcast. They are still about 300k short from what I can see. Would have thought it could be found from attractive renewal terms…

Quite amazing a decent company like this can just go to waste, sad not to see directors deals to back their strategy. This dodo needs to 12 bag to unlock their options.

It’s very risky, you could double or halve your money in a week. They sell their property and the company value quadruples overnight?

I bought 1% this morning, for less than my annual ISA allowance. They have a short term liquidity challenge, there are lots of companies who can help out, might be a good special situation for Constance Pam? They have a data product worth tens of millions. Even with dilution, this would still be cheap. Options granted with an exercise price of 24p…this is currently on an absurd valuation as the UK stock market is broken (lack of investors).

spencer and snellers investments are very small investments for spencer and sneller and bear little relevance to the current ****show. as the sage says, buy when others are fearful!
