Why was revenue more than 100k+ less than last year when we were supposedly ramping up sales/pruduction ?

Guys the numbers are burried somewhere in a previous RNS but that would have been the rate of manganese at that time, if Lamming could be bothered he could have been more specific in what the value is for Keras , good news of course but just the usual vague info wherby a sharp upbeat RNS would be so much better.

Application has been made for the 4,285,714 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM which is expected to occur on or around 21 August 2025. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares which are currently traded on AIM,

fairing slightly worse than me at -91% in 2 accounts excluding Calidus have been on the sell button numerous times in the past but decided to holdfast very sad for a company with good assets in Utah and Togo , Togo should have been producing years ago all down to red tape at government level.

Hi Ripley yes a very poor result IMO and therefor a reflection of the feelings of long term holders of KRS constantly being let down by the SP and bad comms by the BOD not to mention the Calidus fiasco losses are large for many holders that are still here and have no real option but to dig in and hope for better times ahead ...

well done for attending the meeting and thanks for the report , the vibes all seem to be positive and the tick up today of circa 7% all helps ask now at 1.6 as I write hopeful of further rises going forward.

Your kick in the pants for more updates to shareholders going forward will be good if it indeed happens can understand his view of not reporting if there is nothing significant to say but shareholder interest is important this board is a shadow of its former self and more regular information would generate more interest in the share.

Thanks for sharing that jr I am very surprised he phoned you well done, I suppose its just a wait and see from here hope you gave him an earful about the abysmal comms, hopfully we are at the bottom now and the only way is up Manganese stockpiled and ready to go and phosphate all set up in USA there shold be no stopping us going foreward.

It appears that Grosso and Carbone dont get the 50% plus of KRS now, however it apears that the waiver was approved , corect me if I am wrong but they could still keep buying on the market to get their 51% eventually, good to see Moritz participating in the offer. Where next guys ?

Taken up the offer in ISA and SIPP accounts it made sense to lower averages still to high for current SP so hope we don't get burnt any further from this lot, its time to swim or get taken out at a decent price level .

Time is running out for taking up the offer 12.30 today with HL.

Morning Prop yes he did and thay is the delema about whether to believe this lot any more , the RNS certainly looks positive from both operations but comms over the recent years have been abysmal .

My feeling is whom ever is responsible for RNS wants the offer to be taken up by longtermers for whatever reason , maybe suspects changes if the concert party take control .

I cant help feeling that there was, is, some type of collusion here between BOD and concert party Grosso and carbone who clearly want to control the company, I don't get why they issued convertible loan notes to these guys only a month or so ago on 26th June for 375k to pay off Helda then come back to us on 21st July a month later to fund the same thing where were the directors Lamming , Moritz etc for potential loans or bank bridging loans until the open offer could be issued.

Also Reeves still has nearly 10% of the company is he still involved and participating or waiting in the wings ready to sell out whatever the outcome of the open offer who knows ?

Like you JR not at all convinced that we are going to benefit from the open offer or the company going forward Togo becomes a bonus for Grosso and Carbone .

Good afternoon guys not a lot of action on this board nowadays must be a reflection of the interest in KRS shares of late, is there anyone considering the rights offer ? could buy today at less than the offer price but like some of you have said very reluctant to throw any more good money in here to get shafted further,

This company has seriously pizzed us all off for a long time not to mention the Calidus farce in which most of us lost our investments down to the lying of Reeves and company, I do not for one moment see LTH'S taking up the offer to sink more hard earned in here meaning if the up take is low Grosso and Carbone could end up with 53%+ of the shareholding if their loan notes were converted however if the offer was to be fully taken up (which is doubtful ) they would only have 28%+ and therefor no control.

it seems the take over panel has waived the need for the "concert party" to make an offer at 30%+ ownership but only if approved by shareholders Rule 9 of the code , my inclination would be to vote against this at the AGM on 14 August by proxy what the ultimate outcome would be of doing that remains to be seen but would be interesting to here views

This RNS and offer of shares dosn't make much logical sense to me, where is the bendfit of buying more @1.4 having to qualify as an existing holder when the current SP is 1.3p and no clue as to what is going on FFS anyone taking up their rights ?
