The consequence of this is that any proceeds arising from the delisted stock will be outside of the ISA tax wrapper.

I could be wrong but if the above happens the loss can be offset against future gains have never done it and would probably check with accountant anyway.

Its official from HL...We have been notified that Calidus Resources Limited stock has been declared worthless from 21 January 2025. Following this, the company’s shares have now been cancelled and no returns will be made to shareholders.

I sincerely hope not Prop otherwise this will go even further down the stank than it has already, I think any respect for Reeves has gone from shareholders although his cronies here may still support him.

Stacey gone or going and Lamming back in charge comms were no better then than they are now , so no excitement with this going forward.

Continue to lose faith in Keras sure Stacey will keep his finger in the pie for his wages and the SP will continue to slide under Lamming.

Can someone shed a light on this statement from the RNS.

"In addition, Informa and Ascential have agreed that if the Hudson Disposal completes prior to the date of the Sanction Hearing, Net Sale Proceeds will (subject to the approval of the Ascential Board) be returned to Ascential Shareholders by way of a cash dividend and Ascential Shareholders will be entitled to keep that dividend without any reduction of the Cash Consideration payable under the Offer".

Live price is up 6% someone is buying today AGAIN based on what exactly ? the RNS of yesterday ? or is there some other news leak of the old pals variety :) Quote is 2.28p for 15000 shares don't think I want any more loss is already 87% in PF

Options still need to be paid for so why take these up when can purchase at 0.02 today on the open market, options are onlg a bargain if the SP is a lot higher like 8, 9 or 10p

Hi Prop final results for 2023 due circa early July more bull.... till then I'm afraid unless the man means what he says and there is no way any SP recovery is coming until we know some of the numbers from Utah . Maybe there is some fees coming from Togo, nice bounce this morning on little interest.
