Morning Chesh/Marky
I to opened an ISA acc for this year with IG for Calidus shares and increased holding on open market no options were offered and not bothered now anyway, I was intending to transfer my existing CAI shareholding from HL to IG but filled out wrong form :( it is a bit complicated as I was only intending to move CAI shares not the whole ISA I will need to re-visit this later.
Good to see things are shaping up in Utah and accounts are finally filed although still couldnt trade KRS an hour ago.
CAI up 8% today on record production
Calidus Resources Limited (ASX:CAI) is pleased to report record quarterly production at Warrawoona of 16,177 ounces.
The strong result means Calidus has met its guidance for the six months to 30 June 2023 of 31,000 - 36,000oz by producing 31,364oz. The record production is particularly pleasing given the impact of Tropical Cyclone Ilsa during the quarter.

Woohoo didnt expect that at this time on a suspended trading day and as quick although it does bode well for the potential of the further consultancy fees in the future but this news on a proper trading day would surely have given the SP a good kick in the pants, mibby a rerate after suspension then :) ATB

Hi Chesh not best impressed, you may be correct in which case we would be up Diamond creek without a paddle BOD should have plan B in place if they did not have all the cash to hand. Alternatively could it be a tax advantage of setting income from Togo into investment in Utah who knows .
ATB Robsky
Hi all the projected 25000 tons per annum is equal to $2.25 mil @ $90 per ton.. I think we should be close on $1mill since last august's record production of 700 ton for the month with ample mined phosphate in stock, add that to the previous production and ask where the money is , they knew the ex CEO needed paid and did not know the Togo deal would close when that was agreed so what was the plan without Togo cash ?

While we wait for KRS to receive their fee on th 14 July Calidus moves on a touch

It was good to get DR's input Vernon thanks for posting , it will be interesting to see if the actual figures materialize after all it is Togo and their track record speaks volumes however I will stay positive and hope it all comes good for the benefit of us LTH's having been here for years.
The SP seems to have reacted quite well on the promises of jam tomorrow however if GS had given out more information on the real position in Utah we could have done much better , maybe there is a another big announcement in the pipeline.

Nationalised and shafted at the same time, think I would be waiting to see the money before giving any strategic information to fast track anything ! like jim says unlikely to get fees going forward and gozin whats his face that jumped ship will be involved in this and will have inside info from KRS anyway let them work it out .
PC it might be that you have aged since you first registered hence the facial recognition problem , reckon that has happened to us all that are holding Keras lol.
In process of transfering Calidus out of HL it makes sense if they are not looking after us.

Not sure how other brokers are making the offer but the Reply from HL is
Thank you for your message regarding the Calidus open offer.
Unfortunately as the offer does not have an FCA-Approved prospectus which allows retail investors to participate, shareholders through Hargreaves Lansdown, who are classed as retail investors, will not be able to participate in this.
Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Kind regards
Looks like its not happening fo HL holders ATB
Guys thinking that HL may reconsider so I have e mailed them back with reference to DR and I have also informed and noted that A J Bell, Interactive Investors and IG are making the offer available to Calidus shareholders which seems a pity for Hargreaves customers who's shareholders have been frozen out again.
ATB
jr grandkids are growing up fast, both shares are under pressure at the moment but still have high hopes for both especially if Togo awakens ;)
Chesh will continue to wrestle with IG
Have a good bank holiday all

Hi diggit that is good news at least there are some brokers prepared to go the extra mile, the issue is that its the broker that holds the share on our behalf and only they can confirm that we are beneficial shareholders of Calidus for the purpose of registry,
FYI I have informed Dave of the position of HL holders and probably other nominee holders of Calidus shares
Looks like IG for me but are shares transferable or need to be sold and re-invested , will likely be the latter.
ATB Robsky
Guys here is the reply from HL and its to do with an FCA approved prospectus it may be worth forwarding to DR so he is aware that nominees with HL are frozen out. ATB Robsky
hope you're well and thanks for getting in touch.
Following on from your query, we had previously looked into facilitating an open offer for Calidus Resources Limited in 2020 but we were not able to partake as the company had not provided an FCA-approved prospectus to allow participation by retail clients.
The same is true in the upcoming open offer for Calidus Resources Limited. Please accept our apologies in any inconvenience caused by this.
If you have any further questions, please reply by secure message from your HL account or send us an email. Please note that attachments we send will only be available to view on our website and not on the HL App.
Kind regards,
