I am in with 25000 NO NO NO votes.
Reserves were 4mil plus other assets Rita if you want it all cheap offer to pay for our shares, sell the company or resign.
Morning all suspected goings on , More disgraceful behaviour Rita and BOD so much for you building value as per your persistent references to PNR 1 & PNR2 now looking to pick up MAGP assets on the cheap for your cosy team by delisting and then recouping our investments on the quiet, you need 75% of shareholder votes i am against good luck MAGP holders are stronger than you think.
Agreed Troy, really finding it difficult to support you Rita the lack of information is a disgrace even research is non existent. Recent lease activity shows previously Mortgaged property in Noble S6 T22 R1E has been leased to Redfork investments by District court of Noble county and Magnolia petroleum. "we are putting in place a pipeline of new wells which, once drilled and subject to the results, will enable us to add to our proven reserves and build value. WHEN ? "The full list of well developments occurring are still on going and a list will be provided in due course" WHEN ? "119 producing wells in the Companys portfolio as at end of Q1 2018" and what BOEPD ? "Following the rise in the price of oil, the Company is producing positive cash flow " HOW MUCH ? "8 wells currently at various stages of development including in the prolific SCOOP and STACK plays in Oklahoma" how are these going ? IMHO GLA DYOR
It wasne me Sir am desperate but no that desperate but the retirememt plan wheels have came off as far as MAGP is concerned. Maybe need to put these.in the bottom drawer in the basemen's basement they maybe come good for grandwean's grandwean's. Thought we were now being fast tracked, wouldn't like to be on the slow one lol.
Looks like more investors getting pi@@ed with the amount of attention LTH's are getting from BOD amazing that not a little percentage but a staggering 10% drop even though some more buyers are in, like you point out leftie not only Rita and the BOD's value is down so is Western Energy's investment which can't be a good impression from their point of view even taking into account the AIM manipulation element. Recent leasing activity shows stipulation of interest in more acreage in Stephens Co believed to contain Sympson, Chalfant and Jo-Ann wells with CLR possibly part of the divestment for WED participation. I really don't see why we shouldn't have stayed in these Stephens wells but we are not privy to the terms and conditions of the WED deal. Further lease activity indicate more acreage sublet from MAGP to WED in Dewey Co in participation of the BARTENBACH wells. The SP keeps sliding due to poor comms from the company this cannot continue due to the risk of the reputations of Rita, Len Wallace, Lanny Woods etc etc and WED unless there is another agenda things need to change and soon. IMHO DYOR GLA
Judular Smidsy ? not once but twice where is your dictionary ? welcome aboard Troajan glad to see an experienced investor taking the plunge into the murky depths of MAGP, our SP performance has not been great and the comms have deteriorated of late but outlook is better going forward. I am sure you will have researched well what positives did you find to help you decide to join the ship if you don't mind me asking ? Good luck with your investment here.
Morning GD buyback! I have been saying that for years but they not listening lol...not giving up yet though , the outlook is better and She has a lot to prove in terms of reputation to colegues, WED and the Oil market in the US as well as LTHs. GLA
Aramco is due to go on public offer IPO, Saudi requires the top price for this asset and will therefor push up the price of oil where possible. 2015 saw the oversupplied oil market even more oversupplied by Saudi in an attempt to bankrupt the shale revolution in the US which failed IMHO, they also cut production to create a bounce from $30 barrel. Foreign reserves have been used to bolster the Saudi economy for years now so even more important for them to keep the oil price high by controlling supply and reaping the rewards of the increase in POO. Maggie looks to have suffered badly along with its shareholders some 90+% down with serious lack of regular meaningful information which has not helped, regrettably killing off some of the LTHs this needs to improve with the promise of a full list of well developments provided in due course. Moving into positive cashflow with an increasing POO should be reflected in the previous $4m reserves as at 1 Jan 18 and therefor improve the value of Magnolia eventually. All IMHO DYOR GLA
Smidsy the outlook for oil is good BOD " Following the rise in the price of oil, the Company is producing positive cash flow from its existing operations and this is expected to increase further since revenues lag oil prices by a number of months. " Just wish they would get a wiggle on like you old boy I am getting older WTI @ $68 http://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/rns/3768/PRNRNS_201804160615PR_NEWS_UKDISCLO_0044

Do some more dejected posts Tony someone is taking pity on us up nearly 7% WTF has news been passed in the murky waters ?
Hi Baks good to see you the position regarding leasing is difficult to quantify the Sinclair acreage could be a new position S23 T19N R18W SE and S23 T19N R18W N2 time will tell GD, good point GD the old drop day before RNS and brave of you buying more, I think we were all expecting a lot more from Rita and the WED deal however there are a lot of wells on the horizon and time required to get them to production updates would have been nice. GLA
Hi leftie thanks for your comments today we have 30,998 of sales and a topping 78,520 of buy trades and we are down another 4.62% not sure how that works of course their could be another sale not yet revealed and AIM is quirky lol
Morning all, thanks Smidsy glad you had a great time we also had a good holiday. Maybe it was wind or frost burn you got on your walk lol. Ayrshire didnt fair to well more snow and rain mate. Hopefully good things are happening here but the waiting is very frustrating especially when the company is quiet GLA
Yep dogger I am thinking from those updates alone we have seven wells drilled, drilling or waiting completion and one waiting on spud not to mention the Crow 2 - 5, Condit, Lohrmann 1 - 7, Houses Quarter 1 - 7 and all the others mentioned here in the update Q2 17 of course we could be out of some now and some could be producing I have not had time to check them all, we could do with an up to date state of play good luck to Rita keeping track of that lot not to mention the maths and NRIs involved. http://www.lse.co.uk/share-regulatory-news.asp?shareprice=MAGP&ArticleCode=33qsd2wh&ArticleHeadline=Q2_2017_Operations_Update
As part of the Gilchrist density project with Sandridge Energy the second well GILCHRIST 2016 2-36H spud on the 3rd of Feb in Major county section 31 this is one of 3 planned wells. CEO "Gilchrist and the additional increased density wells form part of a successful pilot programme under which Magnolia invested US$500,000 on behalf of WED into qualifying oil and gas properties in Oklahoma. To date, this pilot programme has generated a rate of return of 100%; a return on investment of 3.26 times; US$75,500 in value for Magnolia (lease bonus plus a carried interest for 25% in the first well, within each spacing unit); and US$127,982 uplift in the PV9 value of Magnolias reserves. Based on the success of the pilot programme, Magnolia entered into an exclusive agreement with WED to invest, on behalf of WED, up to US$18,500,000 into the Oklahoma oil and gas market. In return Magnolia receives cash fees as well as a 25% carried working interest in the first well of a spacing unit" IMHO DYOR
Afternoon Maggots in the absence of information from the company of note; more lease assignments to MAGP signed 2/4/18 Dewey Co S22 T19N R18W NW NE S22 T19N R18W SW NW S22 T19N R18W N2 NW These leases contain the Tapstone BARTENBACH 2215-19-18 1H which has been spud and drilling since 18/1/18. As per the WED deal the company assigned acreage to Western Energy containing the Bartenbach well on 15/3/18 and 12/2/18 Further Dewey acreage S23 T19N R18W SE S23 T19N R18W N2 signed 15/3/18 containing producing oil well SINCLAIR 14/11-19-18 also by Tapstone Energy this well tested on 9 Oct 17 at in IPR of 229 BBL and 2277MCF per day from the Mississipian and is a muti unit . Magnolia also acquired acreage in Kingfisher county S16 T18N R09W NE the area seems to have a mixture of O&G wells called Webber ,John Webber and State with BOGO and Continental as operators. Magnolia also assigned some Kingfisher acreage S24 T15N R06W N2 SW on 12/2/18 to Western energy this is where the Old Crab wells 2-24MH spud 14/2/18, 3-24MH spud 1/2/18, 5-24MH spud 19/1/18, 6-24MH spud on 6/3/18, 7-24MH spud on 27/3/18 and 9-24MH waiting on spud are planned. Hi guys share your pain BOD have been unhappy with SP forever and consistently say its undervalued compared reserves and fail to make it any better , driving us all nuts. GLA
