Something here has been totally fiddled or corrupted and needs to be complained about to the FCA , I for one and mos on here never changed our votes, A2 bought more but aren't counted but obviously someone bought more but were allowed to be counted or the count was a farce in the first place.
Time this scam was reported IMHO .

Conspiracy dogger, all resolutions passed meaning we are selling some assets in OK and ND and delisting
not sure how it was done or indeed allowed given that the first vote failed
but was abandonned and the fiddling starts where the hell is the FSA.

Hi A2 makes you wonder where we are heading with this if they still cant manage 75% of the vote (which I hope) then no delisting although reading from HL and the warnings it is like a foregone conclusion yet if the motion is not passed again the BOD need to have a rethink. Other things at play here IMHO

Yes I think you are right barrelmaker , confusion has been thrown on the reason for the meeting 1 delisting was voted down and abandoned and now because the bank pulled the loan another vote for the same thing with different circumstances ... Still a no for delisting from me and the BAKKEN is back in fashion again and becoming more valuable so even more in favour of sticking two fingers up getting another bank and director guarantees with the money they claim to have made from PNR 1&2 and ripped from shareholders here. The FSA should be watching this IMHO

Morning Smidsy I think the BODs sole intention is to be seen to be trying reduce the debt to the bank while covertly picking off shares to get delisting over the line which will allow them to rebuild or sell the remnants for themselves. I dont mind reducing debt but rather they look for a decent bank to refinance IMHO

A2 I think there is a period of time between buying the share and actually having them , "settlement date" when you would maybe get the voting rights. Like the BOD will be trying to build their holding. IMHO GLA

Morning, dead right lets not kid ourselves the BOD are wanting this company and delisted, and I suspect they could pay off the 2ml bank debt from the small change in their back pocket or at least a couple of personal guarantees with a decent bank and retain all the assetts. IMHO

Or BOD hoovering up shares for the next vote

Morning all George been there and done the same thing, the current BOD have bragged about their successes in the past ( PNR 1 & 2) when fortunes were made they will not be short of a few dollars to re invest in MAGP if their bel�eif is strong enough, my own view was that they would rid most LTHs by delisting cream off remaining shares cheap then sell assets to ward off the bank and build / sell on what was left. I think Mr E has it the wrong way, I think the bank pulled the carpet when the vote was seen to be against delisting. IMHO.... GLA

Morning all the last opportunity to have your say is looming 3.30pm on the 7th and it is 75% of votes cast required to delist MAGP hopfully we can send Rita home to think again. Delisting if it happens wont be the end we will still have holding in the company which I beleive she and the BOD will go on to profit from GLA to all LTH's

Morning all It looks like someone thinks there is value in Magnolia some large buys going in , can the BOD purchase at this time ? or is there a collection agent for them? Speculative long term holder or WED accumulating more.

Morning maggots I have also messaged HL of their non communication with MAGP shareholders and registered my vote against delisting. BOD look to be hoping to pick up assets on the cheap FWIW I have continued to hold shares after delisting an yes virtually no communication received however eventually received residual pay out there are still obligations on a PLC. Reserves as of Jan at circa 4m will have increased with POO less what has been pumped also other classes like shut in and un proven in acreage in STACK, SCOOP, Bakken etc will need to be accounted for, also goodwill from the WED deal free carry on wells etc all have value. Wells that have been sublet with back in after costs all have a bearing on the value of MAGP. No doubt that this BOD know what they are about in the american oil industry and will go on and prosper from a delisting that frees up admin and makes bad comms even worse with us. All IMHO ..... I sincerely hope most of the larger buys are going to be part of the 75% against the BOD and that lying CEO ... Share holder value haha she wouldn't know it if it smacked her in the mouth. GLA vote against delisting.

Reserves were 4mil plus other assets Rita if you want it all cheap offer to pay for our shares, sell the company or resign.
