Hi Smidsy not away yet and its Tenerife at the month end and by the say west of Scotland is relatively snow free so no igloo unless you are on high ground a nice blue sky today with temperatures rising, pity we can't say the same about Maggie. Wish she had stayed with Sympson wells it seems all has been forsaken for the privilege of satisfying WED.
Think she's in hibernation, bound to be something to report.
Further information on the kingfisher well OLD CRAB 1506 3-24MH which spud on the 1 February in Kingfisher county by OEA. The other OLD CRAB 1506 5-24MH looks still to be waiting completion results these are two of 6 planned old crabs density wells at NRI 0.312%/0.234%. IMHO DYOR
Interesting that TAPSTONE ENERGY LLC have spud the BARTENBACH 2215-19-18 1H on the 18 January 2018 this well is sister to Bartenbach 1 which is a gas well in Dewey which we have interest in, the lease was signed on 23 Feb 18. indicating 3 parcels another leasehold signed on 31/1/18 indicates that MAGP introduces Western Energy to the party NRI is only 0.21%/0.167%. Sure Rita will confirm at some point etc this drill will probably be a carried one for MAGP with more to follow IMHO DYOR
A lovely area to visit Smidsy, would at least bring winter woollies and some weather proofs, I'll be of to Tenerife for some sun at the end of March so wont know what the weather will be like but tell them to have a nice time.
Morning GD, Smidsy the beast from the east has nailed Ayrshire as well however its a nice blue sky and the sun is out which does make a difference pity we cant say the same about Rita I doubt she is gonna wait and do a Q4,Q1, reserves report and annual update all at the one time, so she will be applying the "not reporting on wells of less than 1.5%NRI " rule which is most of the new wells anyway but you can be sure Western Energy are right up to date with the script. At least this will give a little comfort to the rest of us because I believe they will have an in depth process for accounting for their investors ( it says so on the website ) though it does not help with the monotony here. Hopefully the wait will be worth it.
Morning all its good to see some blue on RNS day all be it 1% so what happened to " blowing our socks off"? and Q4 update and the update on the inaugural Foree and co wells. Producing wells, drilled, awaiting completion, etc it would be nice to have a proper state of play RNS IMO GLA
Poacher unless I am reading this wrong the success of the Gilchrist well amounts to a free 3 BOEPD for Magnolia and $5,000 in fees per 500k(1% of well cost )... plus $500 per acre secured... plus $5000 per $500k (1%) of cash invested per investor.... plus a sliding scale of net revenue up to $200k. Gilchrist equivalent of 12.08 BOED for the combined WED MAGP investment of 1.57% NRI which is in itself miniscule IMHO and only as a result of increased participation due to other lease holders not investing. As you and others know I used to keep a full list of MAGP participations on a spread sheet with NRI, Location, operator, drill start date, completion date, IPR's and other relevant data with a view to being able to estimate overall BOED etc this is now unrealistic Derec Norman has his work cut out with this lot now. The exclusive deal with WED increased the share capital of Magnolia by 763,730,000 new ordinary shares at 0.1p a total investment by Western Energy of 763,730 equivalent to 29% of MAGP prior to the share divide this means that if MAGP do well WED also do well and also get some of their money back through the increase in SP I believe there is also a lock in until 2020. The $18.5mil for me is a drip feed of cash for investment in only 27 counties 35% of 77 in Oklahoma state some of which MAGP have divested to fulfil the agreement including Stephens and the Sympson wells by CLR on the plus side we still have some heavy involvement with CLR in Blaine and Kingfisher STACK where CLR prioritised there drilling during the dip due to efficiency of production and ROI.. Recent lease activity shows that 6 have been recorded in Q1 2x asignments by MAGP to WED in Dewey and Kingfisher, 2 more acquired by MAGP in Dewey and one in Kingfisher from Murray Street investments and also a bill of sale in Hughes county for acreage I believe to involve the Pauline 1-4 wells, Letty Jana, and Jones wells to L6NRG inc http://www.prweb.com/releases/2017/09/prweb14683463.htm Still full in here and hope it all comes good for all IMHO GLA
Morning all As previously said the MAGP share of the near 42,000 BOED production from the Sympson wells was the step change for us Mr E an I worked it through last year and would have made a huge difference especially since they were record wells, she chose to sell prior to production for short term small profit of 60k and to align MAGP with WED Why ? Who knows ? The income from those wells would have gave us the income to invest alongside them and then some. The numbers are yet to come Rita might have called it right but for me progress has been hindered by this and the act of SOS and NTOG let's hope some good news is in the pipeline GLA. IMHO DYOR
Morning guys , she ain't playing ball GD also I am also feeling dissapointed with performance thus far and becoming more cynical as time passes as is Mr Market, no reason for not pushing out Q4 results. LTHs should be kept in the loop as soon as practical that will enhance the interest in MAGP.
Afternoon Smidsy I am still of the opinion that the selling off of the Symson wells was a mistake I know we made a profit of circa 60k over the time we waited for them to be completed but those wells are now producing 3,145BOEper well circa 41,701BOE over 24 hours 11% oil over the project not sure how that would have reflected the reserves but my feeling is that the deal was compromised over the WED deal, it seems to me that the deal with WED is a restrictive factor on where we can participate IMHO. 10-well pattern 2-mile density Oklahoma record producing density unit 41,701 Boe (11% oil) - combined peak 24- hour rate 3,145 Boe per well (11% oil) - child well average 24-hour IP (12 wells) Laterals range from 3,050 to 10,270 http://investors.clr.com/phoenix.zhtml?c=197380&p=irol-presentations
Morning GD I suppose looking back after the failed coup attempt by NTOG and Snead saga following the oil market crash and the defeating of SA by USA it has to be said that the tenacity of Rita and co to still be in the game says a lot for MAGP . with the SP down circa 90% the worst behind us the only way is up, GLA
GD we can only hope that it all starts to gather momentum however, we keep hearing about new participations and rarely hear about any results these new wells are 1.57%NRI only 0.07% higher than when the company feels it worthwile to update / report on the wells so hardly inspiring but a move in the right direction. I do like the Monday RNS, not sure when it would be logged in the system but feel that it gives less opportunity for our MM friends to massage the SP.
You are dead right poacher nothing ever changes, not a bad report though mainly free cash on carried wells it don't come any cheaper than that, next please !!!
Best of luck Stisbury hope it comes good for you, have a great new year and thanks for your support here, the old girl has become a bit stagnated of late but recent buys on 20/Dec were encouraging and I was thinking the AIM had been leaking some good news to the city boys before the LTH's anyway time will tell 31st is another year end for MAGP hopeful of a better 2018 Happy New Year everyone .
Large amount of "sells" again I suspect MMs have hidden the blue pens and are lying through their teeth and most will be buys, who gives a toss let them play away, its time this was made illegal and the perpetrators prosecuted for market manipulation.
curupt to the core Poacher... good news nevertheless...about time
