Aww poor GD feeling lonesome mate thanks for keeping the BB running WUF WUF lol, (don't mention Nicky although Scotland is doing better with the green transport funding eg cycling). Nice rise today no thanks to SOS
More confirmation that our ex chairperson Thomas Wagenhofer was heavily involved in the WED jv, the team at Giant Capital were in Dubai a year ago for 4 days in October touting for US EB5 visa investors the investments are managed by Giant Capital and Magnolia probably saw the proceeds and results of the investments over Q416 and Q117.
I wonder if a similar trade mission is on the horizon this year..............
From 29 Sept 2016
Western Energy Regional Center aims to provide EB-5 investors with a low-risk approach to securing an EB-5 visa:
Financial Security:
Debt investment in oil and gas sector in Oklahoma. Opportunity sourced and managed by Giant Capital – long-time investment manager in oil and gas industry
Jobs created by investment in the oil industry that leads to direct and indirect jobs. Economic model that drives job creation has been stress tested down to historically low oil and gas prices. Job creation buffer is approximately 100%.
EB-5 investors lend money to Western Energy Development LLC to fund oil and gas production. EB-5 investors have 1st lien over the cash flows and assets of WED
The oil industry is in need of capital to fund development activities. Banks participating in sector lack liquidity at present, meaning WERC will have fewer competitors.
Oklahoma has a substantial process and body of law regarding oil and gas development, including title process.
We only drill where there are high-quality (1P) oil reserves.
Our team will be in Dubai October 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th to speak to you about EB-5 investor immigration to the USA.
Sympson wells have no completions yet, not that it matters anyway, I think I noted 4 under completion and 1 plugged.
