Afternoon guys not much happening here I reckon the 2mil was a sell based on a dummy buy/sell exercise, I half expected an RNS today regarding the attack on MAGP to replace Rita via this meeting. Time is certainly being played for or we would have been receiving an explanation and recommendations from Rita and the BOD from their side of the table, or is this a closed meeting until a vote takes place ? can she defeat the SOS, Snead family,NTOG wagon in its tracks ? morning Smidsy is Rita going to blow SOS plans out of the water with the final results update or a plethora of wells coming on line or better still BOTH . The red corner must have a plan but when is it going to be revealed ? The silence is deafening lol

Pretty much as we expected and NTOG will then decide whether to pay SOS in cash or shares depending on how the meeting pans out. We also rent office space from Enerlex also lease positions are confused a break up will not be easy. Comments anyone?

Hmm I always said that this was all part of a bigger picture yet to emerge and so it seems, Has SOS really jumped ship remember his shares don't get sold till end June, NTOG only have the voting rights so far ? why wait till then for a clean break ? for me it means he don't really want to sell them, then there is the options cash or shares all slightly wooley does SOS really want into NTOG? A reconciliation with Rita or huge conspiracy to grab attention then kiss and make up ? I think the answers are still waiting in the wings as Rita said in the podcast, and I see other parties circling. Snead family show a holding of 5.01% on Maggie website probably excluding SOS 10.9% holding ? but did Wagenhofer, Cubbit and Burnell all sell up ? oh and remember Burnell was cosy with Matt Lofgran at Elephant oil. Only 2 trades on NEX and 3 here, I would say all buys and a lot less than we have seen recently to make any difference so I would imagine something bigger is lurking in the background no sellers so they will need to jack up the offer further. The scrutiny of participation proposals seems apparent some we take some we don't this is down to the wealth of knowledge we have now acquired from drilling reports due to our small participations in a lot of wells. IMHO

Still no mention of RNS no 4031G on NTOG bb where for me it should have gone in the first instance if issued by them. Its up to our own CEO to issue MAGP RNSs surely. GD you will probably get a reply from Frank to your query.

Agreed Oil the detail of today's RNS is more than in recent ones as if to divert attention from the SOS activity, back to conspiracy theory, would like to be a fly on the broken arrow boardroom wall. Remember also there was a tie up with Burnell and Lofgran re Elephant oil ..

Morning disco the 250k @ .103 was me, it might take us a bit longer but the Snowball is now rolling and Rita is in control, NTOG want a piece of us. Slightly mystified by the smoke and mirrors share deals and not convinced that SOS is out of the picture but part of another deal not yet revealed. GLA
