The problem is, no potential suitor is going to take much notice of these current prices. The numbers will be run based on their expected long term average price over many years looking forward. That may or may not be the same as the expected long term price of a few weeks ago, but probably won't be dramatically different. ..? Unless there is a significant long term impact on supply, what's (very unfortunately) happening now will probably be viewed as a short term blip.

Possibly....but unlikely IMHO, unless the TTF price spikes higher again and stays up there.
December's average TTF price was €115/MWh, but January = €85, Feb = €81, and if the production trends are followed (particularly with Diever, which is approx 81% of total production) then it's more likely to be €1.3-1.4m/month revenue, less costs.
So I'd estimate £1-1.1m per month for Jan/Feb.

Let's hope Vermiion get on and drill those two wells and they are actually the Diever ones.

As always, happy to see the share price rise.... but frankly I'd rather it had not happened - due to the (non PMG related) news that has triggered it.

We'll find out how much gas they've been producing in NL at least. Should know which way that is heading in the next day or two...

No, I'm wrong, looks like they traded in all the options for SARs.
It says there are no outstanding options held by directors at June 2021, only the SARs.
Was 425K options at 35p/41p. Now 700K SARS at 27p.

Hi NQM, he also has a bundle of options from some time back (as does TC).

They (and we) will only do really well if the SP shoots up...

Prior to the Pitreadie transaction, TC had invested approx £13.3m in PMG at an average of 70p.
With Pitreadie he put in more (£4.3m IIRC) at 50p.

It's certainly fair to criticize his large salary, but maybe also think about what annual return he'd be making if he'd just invested those millions into an investment fund. If he wanted to be swanning around on a yacht fishing then he'd probably have been better off not starting with PMG at all...
