TDF pushed back from Dese (dessie) towards Mersa pushed back from lake from lake Hayk pushed back from Gonder east into the mountains pushed back from Debra Tabor all they way to Gashena area TDF territory probably half what it was or more.

Think both sides will sit down and talk just not yet but entering the end game as I think the penny is starting to drop with the rebels/TPLf that they do not have any chance to get back into power in Ethiopia. I expect the most likest time for talks is when they are rolled back into Tigray. Then government troops to be more spread over Ethiopia to deal with small rebel groups as the government gain more of the upper hand in its conflict. All that’s good for Kefi and hopefully by the time everyone sits down in October it will be obvious the Tigray situation is contained.

1. It’s in Ethiopia well it’s a new mining region probably at one time people said the same about Australia and South Africa. In other countries you probably would not get the government local and national being so supportive certainly they are going to be even more eager now for future revenue.
2. It’s being exploited by a junior…think most miners start as juniors most do not even develop one prospect let alone two.
3 and 4 it’s is a significant amount of funding in a new region hence maybe previous failures what has changed since then is the gold price TK a whole different beast at 1800 or higher than it was at 1200, at least three times as profitable.

Glandore nothing wrong with project, progress has been slowed by two issues one red tape and extra work to address security concerns. Red tape will be gotten through as everyone in the consortium which includes the national and local government want this to be a success. Security concerns likely to abate either by the Tigray rebels being pushed back into Tigray or a negotiated settlement. Done my own research as usual so I can see those are the most likely results as neither side can totally conquer the other or at least the Tigray side cannot and would likely be too expensive and drawn out for the government side to do so.

The two consortium members converting their interest into shares two and three years down the track are of course going to be interested in Hawiah as it’s massive and only going to get bigger and could end up totally dwarfing TK.

Meanwhile not going to cry that this “wasted money” helps get TK over the line.

Normally you might expect kefi to wait for the last bit to be completed but info was released now as Kefi are aiming at TK completion as soon as possible.

The two subscriptions two and three years down the line raising 42 million dollars are a good deal as by then Hawiah will on everyone’s radar not just the people that are bright enough to know now how good Hawiah is now and it’s further potential.
