The forth outcome before that Ethiopia would try to occupy Tigray again is off the table as government forces too beat up to do so even if the the tide turns in their favour. The forth option could have hurt Kefi the most as it would have been the most drawn out.

Other three outcomes whichever happens is likely to start happening within days or a couple of weeks max looking at the speed things seem to be moving.

Also whoever wins Oromia region still going to want it’s mine.

Think you have the right kind of idea but probably better off improving the deal for the locals and the region than the government that way less chance of future problems. Be proactive and give the region and the locals a much better deal even though they are getting a good deal now and the project can gain more support across the political spectrum.

Obviously not good news when a mining operator pauses operation hence the current share price. Not a case of it being ignored it’s been extensively discussed here and on ADVFN. The market a lot of shareholders bulls and bears on the stock seeing how things will play out over the next couple of weeks hence less discussion and trading.

Rationally the obvious move is for the Ethiopian the give an extension which is the (best case) and they have done so before but sometimes people do not act rationally so no one can be 100 percent certain either way.

Worst case licence suspended if that happens share price obviously takes a hit but I would expect it to recover over time to higher than it is now as Hawiah a much stronger less complicated project in a safer environment.
