Thank Orslega for that analysis. I would have hoped that Helpful might have commented on what you have said because for years he has been updating us regarding the hurdles AB has had to overcome on this complex issue.

Yeah we sort of know we will be disappointed but I always think he just might get something right but I have been thinking same for ages. My main punt here is already worthless so sort of hope Helpful feels a bit of pain here too.

I would have thought AB might have stayed in the DRC a little longer to just be there in Court for the arbitration judgement. He could have spent any spare time on inspecting mines which we may have been offered. If he is so well in with the top brass his presence just might have helped to oil the wheels. By the way have we been offered any mine deals?

I am feeling a little deflated after that interview. It got me thinking that CEOs are often complex people. Some words to describe them ( in alphabetic order ) might be arrogant, conmen, deal maker, dreamer, full of bull. genius, genuine, stranger to the truth, truthful, unlucky or walter mitty type. Wonder which terms might or might not fit our leader?

Soec I really hope you are right for all shareholders. I hate to say it but when I watch one of ABs interviews , I am just waiting for an excuse from Andrew why something that was expected has not actually happened. We have heard some belters over the years.

I did not think AB was grinning like a Cheshire cat at the end. I thought he had a look of fear and panic having just had to deliver an interview which contained nothing positive and having realised the wool has been pulled over his eyes. Come to think of it we have had the wool pulled over our eyes.

What a load of bull from AB. I think even HE was embarrassed having to give that Judge excuse. What cobblers again. Nothing ever changes here.

Expect Helpful will buy Soma shares when he has made his money here? What are the chances?

Spec AB and Helpful have been trying to kid us all for years Remember AB having to sell shares to buy his daughter a house or something like that. Some of us have fell for it initially, including myself, but not any more. The fact that Helpful never comments on company debt says it all. BUT AB might come good sometime but its all looking too late.

Perhaps Helpful can clarify the situation?

Well tomorrows AB interview will be interesting. On one side we have people who think it will be a bit more fluff by our master but others think it will be positive. The only thing I want to hear is our Gecamines settlement and when the money will be in our bank. Not interested in any more bull. Have they kidded a kidder is the question I want answering.

Can we trust our Andrew to use the £1m wisely? He could reduce his salary of course to help.

Nearly another week gone and still no money put into our bank account via Gecamines. Does anyone think we might receive some dosh next week?

AB said it is nearly 9 and things usually happen around now or it may happen tomorrow. Things always happen tomorrow where AB is concerned.

Spec best not to question Helpful as he will likely come out all insults blazing. He never knocks the amount of debt the Company has so he is very one sided,

Oh that Tortious reference again. Will the Company still be around when we make the Glencore claim?

AB and Helpful do appear to be trying very hard to convince us shareholders that we are potentially very near to a golden period in our history. The question is can we believe them?????

I wonder if all this JV activity will put some urgency in achieving a ruling/decision so that the money being held by Gecamines can be released? Wouldn't that be nice.
