AB has told that many fibs along the way that I have not got a clue as to where we are with the litigation. I do think he thought he had it in the bag last January but he was out foxed by someone yet again.

AB may well know it is a busted flush but the more visits to DRC he does then the longer he is able to keep drawing his salary.

The 200 tonnes Lithium was dated 15 Nov 2023 and was a proper RNS. The goods must have a value if sold or still in stock and an audit trail. Banburyboy you know every inch of our accounts so were you unable to suss out what happened or was it just a blatant lie from the beginning. Apologies if you have already explained things.

You would have thought Helpful as a 10% holder would have made it his business to find out about the 200 tonnes. I think he will have done so it seems he is part of the problem here as most of us know.

AB gets around £175k from RRR each year but I now think AB is a charlatan. Look up the meaning Helpful and then look in your mirror.

Just heard on the radio gold at its highest ever but we, the shareholders that have invested in a Company with gold interests , cannot benefit in any way? Something seriously wrong.

Seems to me AB ( through his ridiculous salary ) and our supportive lenders ( through the interest terms ) are both looking after themselves at our expense. Shame on them all.

O.K.Nike we have till the end of the month. Its like we are screwed if AB cannot deliver. I think AB has met his match in the DRC but hope I am wrong. He seems to have a very naive side to him.

Accounts last year were published on the 13th December. I bet AB has been given a hard time this year. Hope he has got his persuasive hat on.

And we seem to have no influence on when our arbitration is going to be settled. Us genuine shareholders are really in the dark.

This waiting game after all these imminent years is very difficult for long term holders. Will I go under or become a millionaire overnight?

Spec what happens if time to pay is not extended and we are in default? Would AB allow this?

David I used to alternate between whether AB was just unlucky as lots of things he tries go badly wrong for various reasons or was he was actually a smart guy with vision. His communication is dreadful and his Walter Mitty character leads me now to believe he is just a failure at our expense. Hope I am wrong.

The problem David is we do not know who these supportive lenders are , what their game is ,and how much we have borrowed. AB thought he was getting the DRC settlement in January but a spanner was thrown in the works somewhere. He has committed us to needing money for the Australia deal and in desperation was forced into doing the Soma deal. I think he must be a desperate man at the moment clutching at any straws. Do not know what the Auditors will think of our situation this time.
