You could tell from that picture of Helpful that he has been having far too many dinners. He looks like he is about to explode poor chap.

AB is as low as anyone can get.

His communication is appalling in general and how he gets away with everything is sickening.

Thanks Dukey. Presumably these loans are unsecured so if the sp remains below 0.041p he loses a little if he cashes in but he loses all if the company go under.

Dukey could you please explain why it is important for Helpful to get the sp above 0.041p . I know he has invested in something other than shares. How does it work?

Pumpy only a small lie if there is such a thing. AB said he would reduce his salary as we were short of cash flow at the time. He actually did this which i thought was great as he was reducing costs. But in the following years accounts it turned out he had accrued the shortfall and paid himself this money the following year. So he had not reduced his salary but just delayed it for a while. Double speak really.

O.K. thanks Spec. I did talk to AB years ago and something he said to me turned out to be a bare faced lie. How these people get to the top amazes me.

Oh Spec I too have to deal with reality. The man is dishonest and a con man and a bounder. I have given him the benefit of doubt for too long. My miss judgement for not realising 10 years or more ago. Should have listened to Mr Magic.

Spec so we agree that AB is doing an awful job and in my opinion does not care about shareholders one iota. When I was a younger man I used to converse each year with our auditors and to my knowledge everything was open and honest. I know this is the AIM market but jeeze it is shocking what is allowed. Call me naive and that is probably true but for someone to claim a large salary year in year out plus free shares etc is beyond belief for me. Something wrong somewhere?

Spec I thought you were a shareholder and if you are you must be well disillusioned with this Company ( if we can call them a Company). How Companies can operate like this is incredible. Something wrong in the system where dishonesty can be tolerated.

I think AB deserves a pint of guinness.

Its really annoying that everything in Court was in our favour but AB cannot get a penny out of either of the parties.

From memory didn't AB ask someone on the ground to get something important signed and AB thought he had done it but the truth was this person failed to do what he was asked.?? Again sloppy work by AB I presumed at the time.

Spec nice to think we have all these possible options but when? The debts are increasing by the day but I suppose we are not in an emergency situation as the Board keep drawing salaries. Hope you are right though.

All this talk of higher gold price and we have gold every fxcking everywhere yet we never seem to benefit. Something seriously wrong here as we all know.

Surely a raise at this level will finish us shareholders off?

The man never stops trying to wind shareholders up with his gold comments.
