I confess to have followed NT on this one after the crash as he usually gets things right but will have to see.
We have a PE of around 4 and a massive dividend so maybe either the SP will rise to reduce the nominal dividend % or the dividend will be cut?

SFOR a has a really high P/E but seems to have a lot of investor confidence behind it hence I've bought in again.
Who knows - this could go above a tenner?

Being a cynic it looks to like there is the occasional little tease of a rise followed by a return to a downward path.

I bought some too on the same basis.
History would suggest buying the dips here is worthwhile.
I have also looked at HSL which has much the same profile but went for BRSC. Not much between them really.

Something really bizarre going on with Vod broker targets more than almost any other stock it seems.
How can a major bank such as Credit Suisse be setting a target of 230p?
The usual explanation that brokers always over-egg the target doesn't seem to explain it here - moreover they don't i.e. not with every share.
Makes one think there's something going on that only the market knows about but it's unlikely to be something hidden that is positive!

Investors are not exactly enthused and piling in here are they? For me this is yet another investment that has turned down since buying in a few weeks ago. Not helped by the large spread. No broker comments since July either.

Looking at the trend it is obvious that we are probably heading for 100p or less. I have long suspected 90p.
It seems logical to suspect there must be something 'the market' knows - os it simply that investors are staying away hence the price of cabbages must fall?
Also what's to explain ordinary trades of 2 or 3 shares?

Yesterday's rise heavily sold into. These occasional little rises I suspect are just a tease to sucker people in.
Today's drop just tracking the overall market.
Regarding the SP, those who speculate 130+ never set out what will make it rise.
Difficult to see (with endless infrastructure expansion and increasing competition) how they will ever be more profitable and pay down debt in any material way.

Since 2018 revenue has been going up but profit going down. We have a ridiculous P/E of 170 or so.
Only a few shares seem to be being bought and sold. Today's buy/sells are equal.
Something if not the above is holding it back.

The NT bought a few weeks back and sold pretty quickly. He must have thought it was just a short term gamble.
However, we have a fairly good update and more buys than sells today.
A bit early to tell if we're really on an uptick?

Clearly the BoD don't care about the SP and creating shareholder value. The dividend doesn't make up for the SP decline.
I can't see what would clear the debt. I can't see how they can increase profit in any material way. I can't see why the brokers all have such ridiculous targets - unless they mean it would be a nice to have some unspecified time in the distant future.

So what happened after 11 am to cause the jump?!

Considering the relentless downtrend for the past 3-4 years, what are the chances of not going below £1?

If the update is good it'll drop 'cos it won't be deemed good enough.
If it's bad then guess what?
Good to get dividends every quarter though.

Well we've run into a market correction but recovering a bit today. 888 is massive and I guess the main risk is regulation and/or govts seeing a tax cash cow.

The NT bought CMCX on the basis that the drop is overdone. He's right more often than not according to his blog.
He's probably only wrong on the ones I choose to buy.
Doesn't look like he bought PLUS. I did on the basis of the drop and dividend.
