The market is killing it by 1.5p[ a day or so. MMs probably know that PIs will keep topping up hoping the bottom is reached. If they kill it completely then the trading dries up. Behind the scenes must lurk something bad and the numbers might not tell all. I'm predicting a de-listing and 6-10p sp. I'll be back in due course to tell I told you so.

Sp on a downtrend for 2 years more than eliminating the dividend. Will it ever recover???

Downtrend since March 22. What happened around then - oh yes I remember. . . .

There's always something that crops up when I invest in anything. Had been out of CEY for years but thought it now looked investable. Simply wall street indicates that it'll get back above £1 at least. Analysts were bullish on Centamin a few months back but I held off then.

Looking purely at the chart which is a reflection of the market despite what anti-chartists say then it looks like we're heading for a decline to at least 4500 again. More buys than sells today, however, if the figures can be believed.

The longer term chart would also suggest the price will get back above 5000 some time - or is the world so changed that it won't?!

Yes £4 seems to be the base level over recent years down from nearly £5 10 years ago.

I bought after the March drop and of course it's marched down since then.

Happy if we can get back to £4 maybe running up to Xmas.

Quite a bit on this in the NT update which unusually hasn't resulted in the sp jumping. It seems one that can't find a bottom.

A target price of 260 from Berenberg is absolutely ridiculous. What would be good is an expose of these broker targets on one of the daily business news items on BBC or Sky News.

When I bought after the big drop in financial stocks in May I thought 160 would be a good price to hit.

I fear that every addition would be followed by another 2-3p drop so sitting on hands for a while.

Sold today. Fear it'll fall back a bit otherwise. A good stock overall but massive swings over time.

You wont see me there. Vod is a trickster share like the 3 cups trick. No point in a 10% div when it drops by that much every couple of months.

Wish I could get the timing right on this and many others. Always end up in the red. Wait for sub 5000 I think. (Then it'll go to 4500)

Just a couple or so weeks back it was hovering around 500 but maybe it's giving back the gains made in January when we didn't have all the summer chaos. I'm trying to spot a trend - it seems up in the last few days but if I top up - guess what will happen...

Tempted to top up but the danger is little seductive rises followed by a reversal.

Gotta come good in the end though - maybe - I hope - who knows.

I occasionally look at this. I recall the vitriol I received when I predicted 91p not so long back based on the continuing downtrend. Now look.

Where is the growth to come from? Voda has a large costly infrastructure to maintain with undersea cables etc.

Buying EZJ would add to the IAG debt pile

It looks to me like the market isnt too keen on aviva probably due to the interest rate rises and not much of a growth prospect. The dividend is worthwhile in an isa of course.
