The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Wouldn’t surprise me if it’s done last minute (tomorrow). That said, these 50p warrants are available for a good bit longer, it’s just the associated super £1 warrants that will no longer be available if the 50p warrants aren’t exercised before close of business tomorrow
I know you’re not asking me but IMO it’s still sitting at a great entry level. I have held onto these since accumulating well under 10p and I may top slice for a free ride if/when we hit 60p but I will still hold 200k shares for the long game +£1
If all these are exercised that’s a lot of money. Will they just expire ? I doubt it.
Each new ordinary share being issued pursuant to the Financing has a one-for-one warrant attached, exercisable at 50 pence per share with a two-year term (“Financing Warrant”) and a super warrant to be issued on a one-for-one basis for any Financing Warrants exercised before 31 December 2021, each super warrant being exercisable at £1 per share, expiring on the 2nd anniversary of completion of the Financing (“Super Warrant”).
They’ve been actively drilling Clontibret (Demir due diligence) over last few months and that doesn’t come cheap. Demir maybe did pay for it and may continue to do so in the interim. Prof was very adamant that these ancillary formalities won’t hold things up.
I’m sure we’ve all been outside one summers day enjoying food or drink and along comes a wasp. No matter how hard you try and swat the thing it’s always there about an inch from your face - that’s our death stranding disgruntled geologist who just wont let it go.
Reason for this is quite simple. A lot of the big institutions just can’t buy this at the moment. They will after 22nd Dec though and this is where pi / retail investors have the advantage but also can sometimes scare people into selling too early.
Just suppose the two companies (CGNR & KDR) aren’t really all that separate after all.
We get notice of an EGM to take place on 22nd Dec, the same day and location as the AGMs for both KDR and CGNR.
The Jv deal hasn’t yet been executed/signed but just suppose there’s one last thing they’re waiting for before they can. Could it be a mining permit? No, not an Irish one but a Finnish one and it’s not for gold either.
What else do Demir do apart from gold and base metals?
The minimum notice for an EGM is 14 days not 21 as for an AGM. I suspect this permit is imminent (within next 7 days) and is the final piece of the Demir puzzle. Demir are much better suited for us the Prof said.
KDR is the dark horse that nobody is looking at.
