Don’t engage with the bashers, they only want to have a bit of fun and actually think it makes a difference to the share price or any pending deals - duh!
Demir wouldn’t be here unless it’s worth their while and it certainly is. Don’t worry about the international border nonsense either, Clontibret is well within Ireland and not adjacent to the U.K.- I would know because it’s just down the road from me. The gold trend they refer to extends southwards rather than into U.K. (Northern Ireland) but there’s evidence (by Geological Survey of No) of high gold in soil levels all along the Orlock Fault as far as the north east coast of County Down.

Apologies if already posted but I’ve not seen this one before...
Conroy Gold and Natural Resources PLC set to open up new gold district in Ireland
Conroy has the experience, the landholding and the resources to build a significant mining operation
Conroy Gold and Natural Resources PLC -
Conroy has the experience, the landholding and the resources to build a significant mining operation
Prime mover in Irish gold exploration scene
Significant landholder
Management has track record of success in Irish mining scene
What it does
Conroy Gold and Natural Resources PLC (LON:CGNR) is a gold explorer and developer run by Professor Richard Conroy and his team of experienced Irish explorationists. Professor Conroy has enjoyed previous success in the Irish zinc sector, and in oil and gas.
The company was recently partnered by Anglo Asian Mining (LON:AAZ) which sees the potential of the Irish ground as a good way to diversify out of its existing area of operations, Azerbaijan.
What it owns
Conroy owns significant swathes of ground in Ireland, including Clontibret, where there's already an existing resource, and Clay Lake, the source of the largest single gold nugget ever found in Ireland
What's the latest?
Even in a strong gold market the re-rating that has occurred in respect of Conroy Gold and Natural Resources PLC (LON:CGNR) has been remarkable.
From a low of less than 4.5p in mid 2019, the shares have traded comfortably above 30p for many months now, helped in part by the high gold price, in part by the sheer prospectivity of the ground, and in part by the arrival of Anglo Asian.
Recent exploration success at Clay Lake has only gone to strengthen the positive sentiment.
What does the chairman say
“I think what’s happening is that people are starting to realise that we have a fairly substantial discovery,” says the company’s guiding hand, Professor Richard Conroy.
“They’re realizing that we’ve found a new gold trend and that we’re now going to be getting on with the mine development.”
And what of Anglo Asian?
“Firstly,” he says, “they’ve done a good job with their own mines. Secondly, they’re very anxious to expand, and because of that they really want to get on with things.”
From the Professor’s point of view that second factor was crucial, since although other suitors made promising noises, there was no urgency about moving the projects on from exploration and development and into construction.
“Thirdly,” continues the Professor, “they have the cash and the people.”
“Clontibret could grow to three million ounces,” opines the Professor. “And Clay Lake is likely to be much larger than that. It’s a fairly good position to be in.”

Let’s not forget about Finland. They’ve a whole load of gold/copper permits there too, not much is generally known about them but potentially very interesting - DYOR
“ Driven by collector demand and an increasingly limited supply, prices for top-quality large pink diamonds has increased exponentially over the years. This booming market reached an historic level in Hong Kong in November 2017 when Christie’s sold ‘The Pink Promise’, an oval-shaped Fancy Vivid Pink diamond of just under 15 carats, for $32,480,500 — a whopping $2,175,519 per carat. The figure remains the world auction record price per carat for any pink diamond.”

You talk about character assassination yet the requisitioners are doing just that to the new guy who’s only been there a short time - give us a break! Again, thanks to equal voice on ADVFN for this...
In response to Siberian Hamsters post today that Hooops copied over from LSE I did a little research on Mr Howard Bird after Siberian Hamster (aka disgruntled KDR ex employee and the requisitioners proposed geologist director) did recommend that we take a look at SouthernEra. So I took Mr Hamsters advice and did just that.
What Mr Hamster (or the ex Paragon Diamonds MD) neglected to mention was the enormous shareholder gain over the period for those lucky SouthernEra shareholders. Yes I am talking a mega share price rise. Wait for it. Wait for it. Yes thats correct 5 cent to $21 dollars. Look it up for yourselves. SouthernEra 5 cents to $21 dollars, No wonder KDR were happy to get this Howard Bird guy. I like those numbers very much.
Now what did the Paragon Diamonds shareholders make from their investment in the company where the requisitioners proposed new director was MD for 5 yrs before it was suspended from AIM. I think the shareholders lost all their investments. Looks like $0 dollars.
SouthernEra 5 cent to $21 dollars Mr Howard Bird
Paragon Diamonds (suspended from AIM) $0 dollars Mr Hamster
Looks, based on the above that KDR have appointed a winner in Mr Howard Bird to take things to the next level. He looks a very serious addition for KDR.
How did the Siberian Hamster miss this or was it just another oversight by the requisitioners. There has been a few.
I think equal voice’s post on ADVFN sums it up well...
I just thought it was nasty for someone to be saying such things about a current KDR geologist. It sounds like jealousy could be fuelling his post about Mr Bird. Mr Bird looks a fantastic new Director for KDR, his record is far superior than the previous KDR employee. When I checked Siberian Hamsters historic posts it all made complete sense.
Disgruntled ex-employee geologist and one of the requisitioners looks to be posting to try and trash the new employee. Sometimes you need to have a bit of class and move on from a job and accept that someone better was required to take things to the next level. Its just life. The sour grapes get noticed.
Its juvenile and in very poor taste I think to be trying to talk down Mr Bird, especially when it looks to be coming from an ex employee who is trying desperately to be a KDR geologist again.
Looks like one of the requisitioners proposed directors is consumed by bitterness and is having a public melt down for everyone to see.
First was the Scoping Report (thanks to robemy for exposing this) that the requisitioners had to take down because of fear of legal action. (their own website will confirm this) Siberian Hamsters historic posts suggest that this is probably mr scoping study blunder himself.
Allow me to remind people of his Paragon Diamonds failure where I think shareholders may have lost their entire investment and he was MD of Paragon Diamonds for 5 years. (Its all publicly available, google it) Yes he is one of the requisitioners proposed new directors. Not who I want to take KDR forward based on his record of failure. All points to ex paragon director being the Siberian Hamster at LSE.
