The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
KDR have been promised, by the Finnish authorities, that the mining permit will be issued by June 2022 - just a few weeks away. Bearing in mind that an actual mining permit takes a lot of time and effort to get, KDR is a lot further along than this company, yet the market cap is a fraction of this.
Difficulty here is that prof isn’t running the show any more, Demir are effectively taking over operations and the funding of same. Once the JV is finalised, now that the outstanding conditions have been met, the 1m euro payment will soon land and sp will react properly. 34p is still undervalued for a company in this position, regardless of what some folk say.
Don’t think the overhand has quite gone yet but must be imminent.
The fact the likes of Octopus and Lombard no longer have a notifiable interest only means they went under 3% so might have a few scraps left to dump
So, we have effectively had 3 big ‘distressed’? Sellers that have now just about cleared off completely ?
If so, this is due the mother of all re-rates
Over at the sister company CGNR. That means it’s obscene here at KDR.
Very significant interview and worth a listen

In my opinion of course…
For me this is the most significant interview he’s ever done.
Repeatedly saying he’s disgusted about the ridiculous share price and he needs to do something about it. He’s never said that before.
Also, a similar situation at the sister company KDR, even more ridiculous share price there for a company that’s much further on and been promised an actual mining permit by June 2022.
Prof did say he’s been offered money even though he doesn’t need it now. Everyone has a price I guess, what if he accepts a premium placing? Would be fine by me and would also force others to buy on the open market if they want in. Suspect this could be why no institutions have yet taken a stake.
