The Innova YouTube channel has been completely removed. They have deleted and or made private all videos on the channel which I can no longer find. Furthermore, their website, https://innovamedgroup.com/ , is also offline and provides the message, "Sorry, we're doing some work on the site" when trying to access.
Having worked in PR in the past, this is beyond textbook crisis communication tactics. This suggests, in my opinion, that the FDA announcement has rattled them as they're now curbing their public image online and likely removing previously damming content from their website.
On their YouTube channel, and likely their website also, they were inaccurately publicly marketing their test as Anterior Nasal, even though the validation of the test was conducted using nasopharyngeal sampling methods. Evidence of this can be found here, https://twitter.com/imfreffy/status/1386630993109528578?s=20 , where a number of us were discussing their inaccurate marketing of the test.
This decision by Innova shows us that they are certainly feeling the pressure of this recent FDA warning and recall even though they are yet to publicly comment. These actions are not minor and are certainly telling, Innova are worried.
