Have we any idea as yet as to potential dividends here?

The update is great and just what was needed, divi info would really help though

Have been in here a while but sadly still currently in the red, the way this moves though (+50% in less than a week), it may not be long before I am finally showing a profit. I could kick myself for not getting back in again when it dropped to the 80s, it has always jumped back up and I knew this, I considered it and I held off for no real reason at all. If it drops anywhere like back to the 80s I will absolutely top up again, but I fear I may have missed my chance. GL those that did have the nerve to do so, tidy profits already with likely some more to come. It moves so fast and I need to act more swiftly.

no, worse case scenario is that the offer is voted down (highly unlikely) and the business goes into Admin (again unlikely) -however that is the worst case scenario!

Firstly just to state my position, I bought in over recent weeks in small tranches, sold most and made some decent profit, currently sitting on my first buy at a loss as I got that one too early, but bought in again this morning to reduce the average, so reasonably happy overall.

Question - do we know as yet who bought the shares, forgive me if I have missed this?
Observation - surely whomever it was will have done a degree of DD albeit in quick time to satisfy themselves a little re recent suggestions about NMC and that should give people a degree of comfort?
Suggestion - that the 'deal' was over subscribed, so clearly an appetite for the shares?

Can we be reasonably hopeful that we now at least have a 'bottom' price - assuming no further MW updates...?

Another good set of results here, I believe this will settle down and start to move up again shortly, a little surprised regarding the slight drop but there will undoubtedly be a few profit takers or people who bought in for a quick buck deciding to move on elsewhere. Greggs will climb slowly IMO

.....if there is one thing I have learned in the market it is that share prices often do the opposite to what you sometimes expect, PMO was full of people spreading fear this morning after their RNS came out at 07.00am, look what happened there...........up 16% today, I am not saying that will happen here, but things often turn out differently.........

well well, what happened here today....? I wonder if it is a couple of things unrelated to the actual fundamentals ie. people finding it hard to value the business, current lack of info from company on strategy and plan, lack of clarity around dividend, a 'new' business so many PIs unwilling to invest in an unsexy stock..........probably way of piste, but this drop appears over done on the face of it so I will be at my desk at 8.00am to see how it opens with a view to getting in early doors, must be a quick 10% opportunity here surely.......IMO

...........and just bought another chunk as I said I would!

Pretty sure nothing has really changed here, there could be host of reasons for Baron Capital to reduce holding including simple profit taking, why not? Doesn't change the information in the other RNS's which is why I invested previously, I didn't buy because Baron did.

Morning to you too, Bermondsey, I will admit that in the earlier days I perhaps did, as many, listen far too much to the more 'experienced' traders on LSE, thankfully I learned fast, albeit it probably did cost me a few quid in shares I now have which have dropped significantly. Slowly but surely I am extracting myself from those mostly AIM shares and have by far the greatest % of my money tied up in FTSE 100 and 250 stocks paying healthy dividends. I imagine I will be in AIM for a little while yet attempting to get back as much as possible as I hate to lose on a share, but I will put no further monies into speculative AIM shares going forward.

As for BOU, I got pretty heavily invested early on, got spooked on an RNS, sold out for a small profit and then bought back in, perhaps you remember that situation last year. I then bought into the OO opportunity which helped to reduce my average somewhat and have been patiently waiting on the side now to see what happens. I remain optimistic at the moment, clearly some things are happening behind the scenes although I have to admit I had not envisaged things taking quite this long.

So typical, PIs selling on nothing really, and share price drops. I imagine many felt they were likely to double their money overnight, invested, have now seen that investment drop a few hundred quid and are running for the door..........the big news has not changed, large investment, new and very competent and experienced NEDs announced, who wouldn't be getting involved in a fly by night operation by the way, so what Baron has sold some, still holds nearly 5% as far as we know and may even buy back on the drop, who knows?

I never expected to double my money quickly, I will stay and wait this one out, I am sure there are increases to come. GLA

I felt it right to apologise having earlier in the day insinuated that MKL maybe RKB, looks like I was wrong and it is therefore only right I say so, as I hoped my message was responded to by him.

I make my own decisions, I press the button or not and take full responsibility, however I do like to see what others are thinking and RKB has some interesting insight which challenges my thinking and I and others are better for it. Always best to get as many thoughts as possible, carry out some research and then make your own decision. Yes of course, much of what he says does go above my head I admit it, nevertheless I like to learn and other peoples thoughts get me thinking, that's all.

Thank you RKB, as I said, believing you to be an honourable man I felt sure, and indeed suggested, that you would clarify one way or another. I appreciate that and again apologise. Good to clear that up though.

These BB are useful when used alongside other research tools, but when posters come on posing more questions than answers it can be very frustrating, I simply fail to understand why people don't just say it as they feel, we are all grown up, we can chose to believe or ignore, maybe its just me though, perhaps a little naive thinking people are mostly honest and straightforward.

Once again, thank you for posting, I for one would be very pleased to hear your current views on Bou and what may or may not be happening presently. I look forward to hearing from you, but please keep it simple and clear! I understand it is just your view but nevertheless I am interested.

just to add to my previous post regarding RKB..............

Possible clues to identity I picked up:

1. referencing previous RNS (he did that a lot)
2. Referencing Director behaviour and negligence (he did that a lot)
3. Cryptic messages (he did that a lot)
4. Statements such as "it's all connected"
5. References to Companies House (he did that a lot)
6. Talk of directing questions to directors (he said that a lot)
7. saying things like "I hope some understand my point" (he used to do that sort of thing too)
8. States he is a strong holder (he was for a while, said he sold out and moved on), but I believe he may have bought back in pre suspension

I maybe way off the mark and if you are reading RKB and it is not you please say so, I believe you are honourable so will admit if this is the case, but if not you, I apologise.

keep my eye on these, was in the 1.30 to 1.50 range, this looks like it may have moved into the 1.40 to 1.60 one now, will be back at 1.40 if it gets there - trading update due on the 24th Jan, reckon it could be ok..........!

always moves up into close, even on the down days - 1800-1850 would be my guess based on how this has moved so far today, all 4 of my buys on the way down now in profit at last , just gone through my first, and far too early, purchase from a few days ago, hey ho, just glad I kept on buying on the way down, appreciate it can be dangerous but just felt the right thing to do. See no reason this won't keep edging up if there is no news from MW until the NY, director buys would certainly give it a shot in the arm, hopefully they are just deciding how to play it, it's the only thing bugging me, would have been a message to SH if they had done so earlier...............

bought 4 tranches at varying prices, lowest 1300, highest 1700 - happily now in reasonable profit and looking for 2000+, I reckon we will get there in time, a very robust RNS again today from the Board, on top of what was a very good one previously, they are clearly very sure they have all their ducks in a row here else no way would they be so adamant. They have also taken their time to respond in a considered and measured way rather than simply knee jerk denials, done very professionally I would say. GLA

ok, if that is what you saw locally I am in no position to argue, however I would be certain this is a 'local' issue, perhaps more as a result of poor local ordering rather than a company change of policy. There is absolutely no way Charles Wilson would countenance not supplying GB meat in some form, nor the customers to that mind! Suggest you speak to the Store Manager concerned, I am sure they could explain. I no longer work for the business but it is well run to be sure.
