Montyboz - might I say that that is a very good response to MadStork's comments and it will be interesting to see if and how he responds.

There is just so much here that none of us know, information that we have not as yet been made aware of for all sorts of reasons, all we can really do is speculate and suggest.

Presently and IMO there is significantly more reasons to be cheerful and optimistic than not, significantly more.

MadStork's last post seems to imply some sort of conspiracy, that the BOD have been stringing everyone along and they are now trying to work out their next move.......well it has been going on for 25 years, thats one hell of a long game, there are plenty of quicker and easier ways to make money, and is also suggesting they have also managed to hoodwink the likes of UBS and DLA Piper? And before anyone says "ah yea but there is no evidence DLA Piper have actually done anything as yet blah blah blah" - they would absolutely not have their name associated anywhere near a company without some degree of DD and checks and balances, no Tom Dick or Harry could even engage such a company with just a simple phone call......they simply would not want to waste their time or risk their reputation.

I have refrained from posting over the Xmas and NY period as much as possible but I have been reading the BB from time to time. You are so right, it is very odd that non invested individuals feel it their responsibility to pop on here and share their knowledge and experience by playing down EUA, why would anyone do that, it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever unless there is a reason.......why waste your time, particularly over the festive and NY period....?

IMO, such posters are best ignored, where were they 12 months ago or more when the SP was below 3p, where were they when we went through suspension for months at 7p, to pop up now, possibly just before the conclusion of the EUA story.....all very odd. Of course they are entitled to their view, if they honestly believe what they say, but would not any ordinary or normal person just hold that view to themselves rather than spend ridiculous amounts of time and energy posting it on a BB?

Looking forward to the markets opening up again in the morning, awaiting news here and on another of my main investments presently.

I see MontyBoz et al have been posting prolifically over the last few days, some amazing research to be honest, what it all means is anyone's guess but I have to say that he / she has an incredible ability to find out information. I know it is all out there somewhere, but to find it takes a dedication and focus that few people enjoy.

I 'fell out' with Rowka in the early days that he appeared on here when stating that he was very good at 'copying & pasting.' It was a little flippant & churlish of me to be honest and I think we made up, although I seem to recall his wife called me a 'little sh*t'.

The information that Rowka/Montyboz share is really quite amazing in demonstrating what we could have here, of course I don't think anybody properly understands the exact details of all the posts or indeed exactly how they benefit EUA within their licence areas, nevertheless, it does demonstrate that we are operating in a very lucrative area and there is very likely some serious negotiations going on in the background about how this all plays out.

WK DFS is the next news, we should see that pretty early this year I imagine, I would also think that whilst the FSP completion could be some time away, there may be some form of update due unless the BOD can convince the Regulatory Authorities that it would not be in the best interests of share holders.........we shall see.

If we do see any weakness over the coming 2 weeks, which could happen if there is no news, then I will be back in for a top up at any point around 30p.

In his 'leaving' interview when we were introduced to the new CEO, GH stated hopefully before Xmas or shortly afterwards for ScallyWag news , this was just a couple of weeks ago when I am sure he would have been reasonable confident of his timelines.

On that basis I would imagine we should not have to wait too long now. First week of January has to be a likely option.

GLG - you seem like the kind of person who is quite capable of looking after yourself but I just wanted to say that I have been disappointed with the flack you appear to have taken recently. Ignore the idiots mate, stay strong and have a great day tomorrow.

It has been a tough year for many and I realise you too have had your own share of personal tragedy.

Stealthworks - had to come back......and apologies for those bored with this by now but I think it is important.

So:
1. You join LSE BB in August 2018 but post nothing until May 2020 - fine but interesting
2. You have 33 posts , posting only on EUA - fine but interesting
3. Your first post on EUA in May 2020, when we were awaiting a new Nomad was suggesting that we were likely to be delisted, the share price was 7.2p at this time and in suspension.
4. Once the Nomad was appointed you start to subtlety deramp on other things - "what if hundreds millions of shares are sold at once, will that push the share price down" - well obviously if that did happen it would, a silly question IMO
5. You then go on to offer lots of views on bullying and what a poor BB this is without offering anything factual about the company, just lots of questions asking for views - I repeat ASKING for views.

So, had you perhaps not listened to the views of the more positive posters here, the ones you now see fit to challenge and criticise, then you would most likely have sold out when we re listed at say 13p for arguments sake - you would have missed out on the rise to 45p.....! Appreciate we are not sat there presently, but many here believe we will once again.

So you have been proved wrong previously, why continue to knock and criticise those more positive than you, as far as I can see they have helped you make a lot of money.

Just my view. I really am going now.

Stealthworks - I will try and remain polite but that post really frustrated me.

Many investors have been here for years, with the SP below a penny, consistently having to put up with people popping up from nowhere spreading negativity and gloom, this has happened a lot over the last 12 months whilst in the background the share has risen from below 2p up to 45p - in 12 months!

Please therefore show some respect for those here that have suffered in this way, I have not been here as long as many but it can be very annoying.

It is not a 'boy's club' as you suggest - there are a number of LTHs who are positive about EUA for very good reason (see above), and when individuals arrive with very little new information and start bashing away and criticising well respected posters then there is an understandable tendency to collectively challenge.

If you had been here for any time at all you would see that there have been plenty of FACTS posted. With regards to your point about 'people making huge profits or losses based on what people say here' - well more fool them, this is one form of research, but there are plenty of others which need equal time and effort before making any financial decision with your money.

If you are considering investing here, I respectfully suggest you spend the period between Xmas and NY reading the RNS for at least the last 2 years, then make your decision on your own and take responsibility for it.

DMc - there is absolutely no reason to think that the Board will not be good to their word, as they have been until now, and issue the RNS re WK this year, after today there are still 3 days left to issue it, they said that they expected it would be this year in their latest communication so I am unclear why people are currently stating otherwise.

You suggest June 2021, do you honestly believe that the FSP process will be 'allowed' to take nearly 12 months? I am not sure that has ever been the case previously unless someone can correct me, and I feel pretty sure that will not be the case here.

Stealthworks - I think you are being a little sanctimonious to be honest, I actually think GLG's house sale analogy is pretty good, of course this is not a house sale but many basic principles hold true.

When an offer is made on a house some people decide to 'accept' the offer but keep the house available in case someone else offers more of course, we could be at that stage, some people state that the house is sold 'STC' - so agreed in principle but terms need to be negotiated further and it still leaves room for someone else to come in and offer more - we could be in this scenario.

In neither of these situations would the Board be required to share the offer with us, not until there is a firm and detailed offer which has been agreed on both sides and both sides are happy and ready for it to be communicated.

This idea that the Board have to tell us the instant any offer is made is not true IMO, and so the fact that no information has been shared does not necessarily mean no offer has been made and is being negotiated. IMO, an offer is likely to have been made and agreed in principle, I think we may be 'sold STC', however our Board are wanting to make sure we have best value and have therefore spent time proving up resources, applying for licences etc in order to achieve this aim.

We will not be rushed.....!

I just can't help thinking all the recent moves, changes and announcements from NN must have some bearing on what is going on with EUA ultimately, all part of the MDA and we sit firmly in that area, they are gearing up for the future, withdrawing from operations from around the world to focus solely at home in Russia, construction of new state of the art facilities.....how could it possibly not be that we fit into this scenario in some significant way?

Investor12 - agreed, if anyone has not re read it again recently, worth doing, I just did following your post and you find 'new' info, or at least things you had forgotten.

Hit the nail on the head.

You obviously reviewed in much more detail than I did earlier, but as you say it just does not add up, even looking at just the first page of his history as I did he is up and down with views. That is not the behaviour of someone who has £500k invested and 5m shares.

I don’t doubt there are investors out there with that sort of holding but they don’t blow hot and cold, they are usually very bright, articulate, cold and calculating with a steely and unwavering belief in what they are doing.

Now does Onassis sound like that sort of chap?

calamari - ah, yes, I think I now understand what you mean when you say 'don't understand'..!

I don't understand why people appear to believe that because there is no RNS at 07.00am then that means the day is done......

As I posted yesterday, during the last 12 months, of the 125 RNS's we have had, removing the 8.3s, 8.5s and PMEs, we have actually had slightly more RNS's delivered within trading ours than at 07.00am.

Who knows if we will get anything before Xmas or indeed before the NY, but there is every chance we could based on what we have been officially told at this point....

I remain optimistic.

Consistency is a very much under appreciated attribute in my opinion, consistency of thought, of temperament, of focus. It is important to demonstrate consistency if one is to be taken seriously I always think.

You seemed to be popping up on here quite a bit in the last couple of days so I decided to take a quick scan of you posting history and I am afraid you demonstrate very little consistency at all, in fact you are a bit all over the place with this share.

Now if, and I say if, you have 5m shares, I would have expected a slightly more cool, calculated, calm and considered individual, however they are not words which could describe you based on your performance here.

Something with you just does not add up at all and for those reasons I will no longer take notice of what you post.

We don't know whether there have been offers or not, and before anyone says "if there was an offer they have to RNS it" - come on, we know how these things work, there are 'offers' and 'offers', until something is formally agreed with pen to paper, and both sides are ready to announce, and agree to announce, there is no obligation to share anything, the lawyers will be very clever about that sort of thing.

I remain convinced that an 'offer in principle' has already been made, I obviously don't know that for sure, but everything I see points to that - we entered an FSP (as I have said before, most often this happens when an initial offer and approach has been made either formally or informally), UBS were engaged, they wouldn't get involved on a whim, DLA Piper were engaged, they most certainly would be unlikely to become involved unless we had received some form of offer, the wording in the RNS's of late talking about a sale, the changes to the Board to focus on the sale process, the removal of the sentence regarding 'there can be no guarantee etc etc from the last few RNS's - all these point to an offer of some description being negotiated and now at the business end do they not?

I disagree.

Imagine you found your dream house, one you had been looking for years and could be your forever home, it was for sale and there were a few people interested dependent on price. However it needed a lot of work doing to it and you wanted to build a big extension on the side but you were aware that due to planning conditions and the work required you would not be able to get this done and move in for a year or so - would you:

a) say 'oh well, nice idea, what a shame, we will just have to let someone else live out our dream because I want it all now!'
or
b) say 'I don't care, I won't get this chance again, so what if we have to wait, it will be worth it when it is finished and I plan to stay here forever anyway, let's buy it'

Yea I know it's not like buying a house, but the principle is the same, sometimes you get just one chance to buy what you really want and you have to take it, whatever the immediate challenges may be, companies dealing here will be thinking very long term, a missed mining season is not likely to bother them, in all likelihood the stuff in the ground will be worth 10-20% more by then anyway......
