Based on his experience Monty I am absolutely sure he would be aware of the short term impact, he would realise it would be seen 'negatively' but perhaps not quite how much, but I guess he may have felt the current SP doesn't really matter, just the sale price, why should he care?

Why not if he is able to, perhaps he has not been so involved in the last 12 months, he is not on the BOD, I assume he is not privy to the NDA else it would not be possible, so the question remains why not?

It is actually financially quite sensible and he will of course be getting tax and financial advice, maybe it was suggested, he thought why not, not illegal, I am able, makes sense, so yea let's do it.

Mentioned before but is it not possible that he hasn't actually relinquished the shares at all, simply carried out some sort of transfer in order to reduce any tax liabilities, he could have passed them to his wife, Veles could merely have transitioned the shares.......is this mad?

Last post on MB, just once again perplexed by his behaviour and has clearly demonstrated he has an agenda here now.

In terms of NN buying Eurasia I believe if one trawls through all your posts I am sure the answer is there!

In terms of everyone buying in and the price rising this morning, not sure anyone has said this, there may be some purchases, there will be some sells but you have clearly stated this for personal reasons.

I am bemused and disappointed with your behaviour on here. It seems you are now trying to question the actions and history of EUA, well let's just take a look at your history shall we?

You turn up on here as Rowka, start posting a significant amount of detail and 'research' from all sorts of obscure and spurious places without actually saying what you believe it all means but certainly giving the impression that you believe EUA are sitting on significant resources. You develop a somewhat strange following which you appear to enjoy. You become infamous for the £3.50 share valuation. You then start to post that you were in the special forces, that you are in Russia, that you are visiting the area around Monchetundra......having sat nav issue or something bizarre like that.

When you are challenged as Rowka you start to get a little uppity and quickly fall out with people, ultimately flouncing off to Twitter saying you are never coming back, only to return a few days later with your tail between your legs trying to rebuild your reputation which you do to an extent by trying to attach yourself to the more sensible and reasoned posters such as Ian, Tilly and Mac, and you carry on posting.

You then decide to very publicly 'disappear' assuming your work is done as though you some sort of investors hero.

Roll on a short while and you are back, clearly missing the adulation, now posting as Montyboz, you claim you are different to Rowka but it is abundantly obvious to everyone that you are one and the same person. Your posts are numerous, presumably trying to quickly build up your post count and thereby your 'perceived' reputation. You continue to post obscure and detailed 'research' reiterating how valuable the assets here are and again posting very high valuations. Everything posted is exceptionally positive.

Now the news last week took us all by surprise of that there is no doubt, but it was quickly responded to by the BOD in an official RNS, presumably checked and validated by the Nomad, and I also assume the likes of UBS and DLA Piper who I am sure would be keen to better understand what was happening at this juncture.

Suddenly you start rubbishing the name of EUA, questioning things that happened over a year ago (which you did not really feel worthy of mentioning previously) and posting negative research as you see it, presumably again you never came across this stuff until recently.....!

In short, I am staggered that a person with such an unusual and rather murky past on this BB can then see fit to question what may or may not be happening here. The Russians have nothing on you!

Of course I completely support your right to your own view, but it is for others to decide based on your history whether that view comes from a place of sincerity and a reasoned and balanced mind.

Seems to me that AC was a bit of a 'loose cannon' who needed reigning in even then.

Not sold a bean, not added either but that is just because I have nothing I am happy to sell at the moment and I hold no cash (silly me), this may change though as time progresses and I would add at this level if funds become available.

What are people's thoughts after the RNS this morning, should we expect a further clarification in the days ahead once more information is known, or do we think that the result of the FSP will come first and therefore no further explanation will actually ever be forthcoming?

I mentioned earlier and would say again, we should commend the BOD on the speediness of their update, the fact that they RNS'd as quickly as they were feasibly able to should be taken as a very good sign, certainly that's how I see it.

Wow, I am sure like many I was somewhat taken aback with the RNS late yesterday afternoon, I resisted the temptation to get involved with any views and comments on here and I am glad I did. I did read everything however and it was not pretty.

I spent yesterday evening trying to work out why he would sell so many shares, was it to do with the FSP, did the BOD know, researching all previous RNS's......

I was unclear whether the BOD would actually RNS anything today, clearly we all wanted some clarity and it was right to provide it, but this AIM. I was very happy that they did, a strong RNS, which raises some questions, but demonstrates that the BOD are thinking about their investors. They have acted swiftly and decisively to try and repair the damage and I think we should remember that.

Someone else mentioned in a post yesterday that if a large PI sold up that volume we would be saying well done, good on you. Why should it therefore be any different here, maybe he does need the money for something urgent, he really is no different to many of us, just all on a much larger scale.

I am struggling to believe he is not aware of what is happening though, at least he must be 'more' aware than any of us even if he is not in the inner circle, thats my view, and he sold all at just under 30p to a very large and respected investment business, and Russian at that, now let's be honest, they are not going to be taken for mugs in their own country are they - no way, that was the most exciting thing here for me, massive confidence boost I would say.

Thankfully I sold not 1 share, sadly I didn't buy any either, well done to those that did.

What I can't help wondering however is what would have happened if an RNS had been issued stating "Veles Interenational, the Cypriot based subsidiary of Investment Company Veles Capital LLC, one of the leading investment companies in the Russian Federation has acquired a 1% stake in EUA plc"

That would have been interesting, and is exactly what we have here, yea Alexei has sold some but there could be many reasons for this, personal or forced, but he still holds a significant number of shares and has said officially he is not selling any more.

exeterguy - they did exactly that just a week or so ago when they ip[dated on the FSP!

They confirmed that they had received a number of non binding offers for the whole company or other transaction types which they were now in discussions to move forward to binding......this was literally days ago.

I think that is far more than a few crumbs......

The post earlier referencing financials and costs of mining reminded me of the RNS dated 9th April 2020 (during suspension), the following was stated.....

RUSSIAN CURRENCY DEVALUATION
Eurasia's cost of production is already in the lowest quartile of the global cost curve. The Company notes that the Russian currency has devalued against the US Dollar by c.30% since mid-January 2020 with the result, that the operating costs in US Dollar terms are reduced further.

In January 2020 you could get 62 rubles to the $, this was at 73 when the RNS was issued but had been as high as 80 (the 30% referenced) in March 2020, currently at about 75. We should not under estimated the significance of these economics, I think it was DS who once said that as far as PGM miners were concerned, EUA would be the 'last man standing.

Thanks Ndn71, sounds like we are actually rather similar in our views. Who would have thought?

I too would prefer an option where shares are retained but I do appreciate everyone has different circumstances.

As you say, it may be exceptionally challenging to get an acceptable view on resources at this precise moment and of course prices of the metals is growing at an incredible rate, so retaining an interest as licenses extend, resources upgrade and prices go up could prove very rewarding.

I would be mightily frustrated if we sold the business for £XX billions now only for another company to realise multiples of that over the coming years and I am sure that the BOD have considered this too.

I did not question the substance of your posts.

I do not ramp EUA, I just happen to think it presents a very good risk reward opportunity.

I certainly would never suggest any investor goes all in on one share.

There are plenty of investors on here who are neither defensive or paranoid.

I am pleased you have been in since before suspension, what enticed you aboard, what is your view as to how this story may unfold, it would be good to get back to a discussion on the business and you evidently regard it as a good one with a price north of 40p else you would surely have sold out at that point.

There is a scenario where I would be willing to believed you are correct and it is a view I have previously shared, just after the 'so called' speeding ticket.

So, many on here believe and perhaps in fact hope, that the company will be sold and have views on the price that could be attained based on resources and demand, fair enough, in that case then IMO the company is worth multiples of todays price.

However, what if the company is not sold, what if we enter a JV agreement or perhaps only partly sold........

Maybe a JV arrangement could see investors retain their holdings and receive a dividend, I would then be able to agree that 30-40p is feasible as a one off with possible future dividends to enjoy also. Personally this is an arrangement that I am comfortable with. Others who are not would clearly have the opportunity to sell at this point with a price dependent on any increased view of resource upgrades and business clarity which accompanies any announcement.

This may well be the most lucrative option but I appreciate many want their money now.

If you take the view that the RNS was a speeding ticket, it could fit this scenario, maybe the BOD did not want the price to run away at that moment based on where they believed any future deal may land, we also know through RNS that the BOD has been adjusted, this could also back up a scenario where EUA continues to exist in some form, we also know that in the most recent RNS it mentioned 'other transaction structures' - clearly some different types of offer have already been made.

"Since launching the Formal Sale Process on 1 July 2020, Eurasia and its advisers have engaged with a wide range of parties, and have to date received non-binding offers in respect of both a possible acquisition of the Company as well as other transaction structures."

The BOD may take a view that at the moment no business is really able or prepared to offer what they believe our assets are actually worth, and I think most people on here would agree, whatever their view on EUA, that the resources we hold are increasing in value weekly and that is unlikely to change, so in order to protect SH best interest, including their own of course, keeping some skin in the game is the most appropriate way forward.

Ndn71 - yes indeed I was, as I say very happy with all views here, and in the past I have stuck up for posters who have shared them, but I was pointing out that you posted saying you were off in a rather flouncy way then returned several times within the hour.

Based on the info we have had officially, things are on course and the delays are unfortunate but not something within our gift, so patience still required, kicking off at this stage is I fear unlikely to resolve anything at all and worse, it may compromise anything we are doing. Why can you not just go with the official information?

With regards Rhodium , we sadly have no real idea how much we have, what we do know from the RNS on the 30th Sept 2020 is that........."The Company is now producing 4 PGM* (with rhodium now a significant contributor to the Company's metal revenue)" - exactly how that equates to quantities is unclear.

It should also be remembered that this statement was made when Rhodium was at $11,000 per oz, it is now just shy of $20,000 per oz. So one would have to surmise that it is now an even greater contributor.......!

West Kytlim is the world's largest ALLUVIAL PGM mine, alluvial being the operative word here in terms of differentiation from the SA mine you mention. CS was obviously quite right when he referenced this in the RNS, and he should know!

Agreed cj62, and let's remember, AT LEAST ONE, maybe more offers already made must be agreeable to the BOD, else why say in the last RNS "discussions regarding proceeding to binding proposals are continuing."
