Personally I remain optimistic, lack of news is obviously frustrating but I think we understand and appreciate why this may be the case.
Until we are told it is over officially it is still possible and the small bits of info we have had, both from the company and from posters here who have been in touch, appear to suggest that things are still moving albeit very slowly.
Try to stay positive all.
Well something must be happening, you don't raise $15b dollars for nothing, what made me chuckle was the report attached to the RNS, 93 pages long, full of every possible detail but 1, page 70 headed "Use of Proceeds" simply says...."The net proceeds from each issue of Notes will be applied by the relevant Issuer for its general corporate purposes."
Yea right, a massive raise and then say just for general uses......do me a favour, someone is getting bought I am sure of it, whether it is us, well that remains to be seen, mighty coincidental though, the numbers, the timing, the 2.9s within a day of each other........certainly explains the SP movement today.
Let's hope we get some further news soon. GLA
Hector - your post would therefore be based on the rather odd assumption that the people who are selling and opening shorts somehow have a greater insight into what is happening here - but they don't, and certainly no more information or insight than those opening long positions and buying, of which there are many also.
You are not the first person to suggest this, a scenario which I find rather odd, maybe it is me being a bit naive, and I do get that perhaps, just perhaps, immediately prior to an announcement there may be a few buys pop up, but I rather think it will all happen rather quickly and without much notice - there has been nothing leaked to date, absolutely nothing, either positive or negative, it is actually quite remarkable and our appreciation and congratulations should be given to all concerned.
I guess my point being, I would not 'assume' anything at this juncture - we could get an RNS before I finish this post.......!
MadStork - I feel sure there has been interest for some considerable time, but it takes 2 parties to make a sale. The BOD have been here for many years, I am pretty sure they knew early on how this may play out therefore they would certainly not want to sell early doors and allow someone else all the benefit, who would. At that time no one was going to offer anywhere near what the BOD probably felt it was worth, but they knew they had to bide their time, continue to prove areas up, apply for new licences, start mining themselves, put together a plan B (Sinosteel), this hasn't all happened overnight here, it has been years and years in the making. Much of this at a time when the metals involved were at a significant discount to today making the operation perhaps not as lucrative. The world today is a very different place to that of even 5 years ago, dare I say even 1 year ago!!
I respect you have your opinion, but you don't seem to have recognised that this company has been around a very long while and the landscape has been changing each and every day, mostly to our benefit. It is like a perfect storm is brewing.
It's also why we have junior mining exploration companies, they take on huge risk, sometimes it works out, sometimes not, but the majors wait for everything to be a bit more certain then swoop in, yes they pay a large premium when they do this but it means they don't have all the hassle, expense and time wasting - it's always been so.
I remain content to wait.
avo - simple answer is that it isn't, it is merely made to look like that by playing around with the spread quite often.
We are the same price as we were in October, 5 months ago, so for every drop you are feeling or have felt there has been a jump - FACT.
It is actually quite interesting how the SP is being 'played' to give the impression that it is consistently falling, but over a period of time the truth is it simple is not.
IMO it is now positioned here based on the knowns - just the proven resources and in a bid situation but as of yet no binding offer.
Whilst we have had some speculative ups and downs we have been relatively stable for 6 months - remember how quickly we bounced back to this area after the AC situation.
It will only likely change now from this holding pattern on new news, there is plenty to come, and it could come anytime, all you can do is take a position you are comfortable with, adjust it if you like, you are able to do so, and then sit back and wait.
It was in answer to the post suggesting the only reason this process has taken so long must be a negative one.
It is possible that over the last 6 months or so a number of offers have been suggested which have been effectively hazy led by others. I imagine this is what UBS would be trying to achieve, they will be the go between playing one company off against another.
Open your mind a little......how about.....
Price expectation continues to be raised by the BOD based on metal price increases
There have been a number of offers and counter offers
It is taking a significant amount of time to determine the extent of the resources belonging to EUA
AP are still reviewing the extensive historical and recent data and are having to continually increasing the resources estimate
It’s a multi billion pound deal, you don’t sort them quickly
Just saying! There are other possible scenarios here.
Looking forward to this next week, every possibility that we could hear something from EUA even if just an update to the process, I would be happy with that.
Also looking forward to hearing from another share (BOU) which I invested in some time ago and, if current posts and communications are to be believed, could provide a much awaited update this week.......been in it for a couple of years and been suspended a very long time so no cross ramp here......anyone else waiting there too, I had pretty much written it off?

ACF use assumed metal prices within their report, are those the ones you have applied the increases too?
Think the 25% is a little heavy for the Bushveld element, likely be less for unproven resources IMO, a long way to go to get that out the ground with a lot of cost involved I imagine.
Very logical though to be fair and you get to a figure doing this that many here would feel is reasonable I believe.
Not everyone is doing Bed and Isa's at present it seems, I tried with Halifax a while back and whilst they would do it, they couldn't and wouldn't give me a time frame, they said I would have to leave it with them and their people would do it as soon as they could. So I had no idea of the time it would take and no idea of the price I would pay, therefore decided to take control myself.
Slowly but surely I have been transferring into ISAs and SIPP but still hold a chunk in Trading account which I can't do anything about until the new tax year, so on the one hand happy if this rolls over, but also happy if it doesn't. I think we will hear something this month however.
Very and depends mostly on how long it takes for funds to clear and then cash to transfer.
Safer to sell something else within ISA and buy EUA, then sell EUA in trading account, transfer across and then buy back what you sold, easier and safer and you remain in more control.
They can only RNS what they are told.
AC said it was a cash call so cash call it is.
Make you own mind up as to the real reason.
Do you honestly believe any company would RNS about a tax avoidance scheme.......?
My view is that the shares remain under his control in some way, but it is just my opinion.
It really doesn’t matter any more and I think everyone involved realises that it will make no difference to what ultimately happens here anyway.
Of course it didn’t. How do you think could have RNS’d that during an FSP period and being NDA?
It would have given a whole lot away wouldn’t it.
I think the BOD would have been annoyed but realise there is nothing they can do and likely they would have done the same given the opportunity.
The cash call is a convenient excuse which doesn’t really need further clarification as it is a personal situation so the matter is closed.
I am convinced it was a tax matter and said so at the time it happened.
BofB
You are right of course, however the prices of metals has been so dramatic in recent weeks that I can’t help but think the BOD would have had a conversation at some point along the lines of “comrades, let’s just pause this a moment, these metal prices are going crazy, we need to review those offers!”
As I mentioned previously, based simply on the JORC resources at MT of 2.2m PGM oz and ignoring everything else, the value of the metals we have has increased $1b dollars since the FSP started.......I cannot imagine anyone, even the experts expected that, well to be honest we know they didn’t, since Eurasia’s very own presentation has projected prices for this year and next at a significantly lower level than where we are now.
They would be doing shareholders a disservice if they had not reviewed their position during this time IMO.
Struggling to see any worse case scenario.
In many people's minds the 'worse case' is that no deal is announced, however we now know that there were at least 3 (maybe more) non binding offers, and we know at least one of these (maybe all of them) were at a level to broadly satisfy the BOD enough to seek to move towards binding. The worse case now therefore is that 'no deal is agreed' rather than 'no offer is made' - two quite different situations.
So, in the event that no deal is announced (unlikely IMO), then it may still be possible to 'share' the details of these offers. I appreciate there will be NDA terms to consider, but the offers would find a way of coming out, they always do, just may take a little time and be done in a not so obvious and roundabout fashion.
Tigra - and in that pre prepared RNS I would also hope to see the offer that the Board turned down, that could provide the medium term base going forward. Sure there would be a drop but if the RNS was well constructed and detailed it could easily off set any small term concerns.
Anyway, I don't think it will come to that, like an earlier poster, I had told myself that I was finished buying here but I added earlier, just 18,300 shares to get me up to a nice round number which suits my OCD needs, typically showed as a sale on here but I assure it was a buy!
In until the end.

Umm!
I don’t have and can’t find a copy of the DS interview transcript although I do know there is one so grateful if anyone can post a link.
I have listened again to the video and agree that it could be DS says ‘rate’ rather than ‘grade’ as I have always believed it to have been.
It is actually quite an important point IMO, if indeed he does say ‘rate’ then it would add significantly to the value of WK as we already know that rhodium is a ‘significant contributor’ to revenues there.
Anyone have a link to the transcript please.
Cheers
