With the oil price where it is right now and the projection of oil futures I can't see any reason why this cannot get approval as it's in everyone's interest.
Government departments in Africa can be slow so don't panic if it goes over the 60 days nominal.
I would think that when an RNS gets logged there might well be a giveaway spike but again who knows.
This is by far the best opportunity ever for Tower to actually get some resources with an 80% COS from the CPR.
Really hope we get this done within the 60 days as a company that delivers on time inspires confidence in the market.

Hi Schalf: I could bang on about quantum computers but suffice to say it's governments and large corporations with very deep pockets who have the ability to develop them........QBT have zero chance.
A Quantum computer with enough qbits could destroy BTC.
They are supposedly developing a conventional ASIC that they can sell..........Yeah......we know.
There is a possibility with extremely long odds but I would say zero on that one too.
Not relevant to GST other than some folks are invested in it from here and it was just a word to the wise.

The only way you're going to improve the hash rate is either by increasing linear speed or increasing the number of parallel paths.
The SHA 256 algorithm is written in stone and how they intend to speed it up is hidden with smoke and mirrors as it doesn't exist.
I think this latest RNS is just so someone can dump their shares. Don't get caught holding these when the house of cards collapses.

I just thought that GS Fintech acquire a Fintech company with a license in place and then set about extending the conditions of the license while allowing Angra to continue trading as before.

I've always thought that GS FIntech will just be going for a transfer of the permit for Angra to trade under the provisos and conditions they were already licensed for.
It's always a chance the company may be going for it in one go and get the blockchain system accepted as part of the deal.

That's about it Hawkes, although I can't see why the license would not be transferred for Angra to carry on with the provisos they will no doubt have in place.
Getting a license to operate the blockchain system may come later but for all we know may already be in the mix.
I think we would be naïve to think GST have not already spoken to the FCA through their advisors to see whether there is anything that would obviously get a rejection just as an architect would have house plans looked over by building control before formally submitting them........just makes sense.
I think you're right about the sixty days but no surprise there and as I said earlier we can probably regard that as a minimum ........but who knows.

Absolutely no reason to run if there's no RNS. GST is the real deal and the FCA are just slow.

I've been doing some research on QBT as it has risen sharply over the last week.
Conclusion is that nothing has changed apart from the name.
It was Clear leisure before, using a few old computers running gaming cards in shipping containers mining BTC for Nickels and Dimes.
Then a name change. Quantum is a great buzz word and of course blockchain.
Put out a few RNS's with even more buzz words and phrases in them and say you've invented some new ASIC with a better hash rate and consuming less power than the likes of Bitmain et al can produce and who have been piling money and research into BTC mining for years.
Then there's the quantum computer.
I'm fairly sure there are quantum computers that have and are being developed in deep black budget projects by governments because they have enormous resources.........which is what you need.
Some tin pot AIM shell hasn't the slightest chance.
Quantum computers work on having quantum bits that are in a superposition of states.......that is they are a one and a zero and everything in between at the same time.
There is also something called shor's algorithm but no matter.
My conclusion is that it's a crock 'o sh_1te so watch out, in fact the way it is going it reminds me a lot of cloudtag.
Trade it by all means at your own risk but don't get left holding the parcel when the music stops.

I think the mindset he's talking about is the one that gave away 37 Billion to the likes of Serco and other government lacky companies including so called consultants who give kickbacks to politicians and have no clue what they are doing........not front line medical staff who do a fantastic job under such difficult conditions .
37 Billion could pay for twenty five fully equipped teaching hospitals and centres of excellence and all we got was a ridiculous test and trace app that didn't work.........but that's the way the world seems to work when public sector management are given a blank cheque.

I don't know why companies set self imposed deadlines as they are almost always broken.

There was a case a few years ago with Sound energy when some guy ( allegedly......as you shouldn't believe everything ) took out credit card loans and payday loans to buy into the nervesa project which according to their CEO Parsons was virtually nailed on.

Reality check: I never expected an RNS before the 31st or maybe not for weeks as I know what the FCA are like.
Of course it's a possibility so whether you buy JUST for the inevitable spike right now is your choice but please don't take any notice of Russell as he is a self serving lowlife and is not investing in the company he is just here for trading nickels and dimes with his pocket money.
This is a great company with a plan so do your research and invest for the future which is close but maybe not in the next 72 hours.
