Having an operational system that is cash positive will be another.

End of the month if everything goes OK then we should see some kind of re rate.

We don't know the details of the accounts but it's common practice to pay salaries by declaring a dividend and to reduce the declared income to a minimum by whatever means to minimise corporation tax.
The coalculus platform handles fiat or crypto or whatever and the multiple chain system based on proof of stake will minimise the data bloat and accelerate the speed and hence throughput.
I think we will see GS Fintech approaching it's goals on multiple fronts and this is probably only the first of the FIAT exchange acquisitions but this one is critical to proving up the system with it's good to go API.
The eventual goal is to be a one stop shop for all financial transactions and to make them cheap, fast and cost effective for all.

Just seems strange that the mm's are not short of stock and there have been no PME's like there usually are when the volume is up and not even as much as this.

The well researched know the significance of today's RNS but the herd will take a while longer.
Like Pokerchips I think that some of the placing shares are being dumped and holding things back for now.
If we're right then when the overhang clears mm's will be short of stock and the PME's will start again.
The herd look at the risers board and jump in for no better reason than it's going up.
Had a last top up to a round figure this morning and I don't think I'll get another chance at these prices.

This news is not just a smart move it's really quite brilliant and in the opinion of the vast majority is a fast track route to a working business and an API.
I criticised the BOD for the giveaway placing but now we have this acquisition it makes more sense.
Your negativity is and always has been a self serving attempt to get in cheaper on a stock you clearly have a keen interest in and can see will sooner or later be part of the new financial mainstream structure.

Magnum: Agreed it's surprising given the news and volume that the SP hasn't risen even more.
No PME's yet either so the mm's are not short of stock yet which implies that some of the placing shares are being dumped for marginal gains.
Need to clear that overhang before we get substantial gains.
Also I don't think the wider market have taken in the significance of this acquisition yet.

The plan is for the first stablecoin platform to go live next January.
FCA will probably want to see it working for real although any potential customer can request a demo right now.
As news of the platform progresses then so should the value of GS Fintech.

However much I did not like the cynical cash placement there is clearly support at this level and the new shares are not being dumped for small profits.
The news on this stock is unlikely to be incremental but more likely Binary.......that is to say there will be a mega RNS and the price will rocket, or not depending on your view.

I think it's already found the floor.
17 % equity dilution of which about 7% was already accounted for but a 70% drop from recent highs.
Anyway there are no big sellers and the volume is pitiful.
