Always good to see a blue day but nothing more than possibly just a bit of gossip on twatter probably started by the mm's to drum up a bit of business.
What it shows is the small free float that's generated a flurry of PME RNS's due to the stock shortage on a handful of trades.
This company has the potential as a payment conduit to generate billions so everyone just pays yer money or not.......up to you.
I'm fully loaded and sitting this one out whatever.

What we need ( amongst other things ) is some definite confirmation on the current API status.
eg: Have formal documents been submitted and what the projected timeline is.
Having had dealings with the financial ombudsman ( I sorted out the formal complaint for a mis selling of an annuity for a friend of mine ). They are part of the FCA and although all the documents are logged in the reply was that it could take up to seven months before it was addressed. The excuse is of course the old working from home/covid chestnut which is wearing a bit thin now.
Something could come right out of left field at any time as the fintech business is very much associated with Singapore.....sort of oriented to the orient ( groan ) !
The board are remaining very quiet about this now and no one including myself has managed to get any kind of reply. You can say that it's commercially sensitive, which of course it is and so makes for a better excuse than with most small caps.
If anyone gets a reply from any of the BOD I would be surprised but you would think that IR would at least put out some of their usual platitudes......however vague and useless, but there is total silence.
Either something is very close or we are in for a wait but I really don't think a serial entrepreneur like Jack Bai is going to muck about with something so massive as this.

Very Polite and correct reply to @shareflyer Jiffy but wasted on people whose only very obvious purpose is to drive the SP down and are probably not even invested.
The API licence is the issue and until then the mm's only option to drum up business is to drop the price to get some buyers and shake out the weak holders who've not really researched what this company is all about.

The payment side of things is so massive that it would be naive to think the likes of the big players are not actively looking at it and so the sooner Jack Bai gets this as a serious runner it will move as fast as ARB when BTC started going parabolic.
Keep in mind ARB was at about 3p just over a year ago and peaked at over 300p.

When the company has the API and a proven payment system based on blockchain that can handle the volume of transactions required and maintain security then this will be massive.
Of course that has to happen so it's up to you but I'm sitting on all my shares and waiting.
We had less than a hundred share transactions ( according to LSE ) the other day and it generates two PME's. The low float will cause a massive squeeze if there's a demand for shares and the price will go parabolic.

I wrote to Tone Goh and Jack Bai end of February through the contact page although it may just have been intercepted by IR.
I said there was a lot of uncertainty about whether the API application had been made and that an RNS would be useful to make things clear. Sure enough there was the RNS of 5th March which stated that it was the intention to apply in the near future ( a common vague response ) but that at least made it clear how things stand. It didn't really tell us anything else we didn't know already.
The latest RNS has now stated WiseMpay's involvement which we also knew was going to happen and it's been more specific how things are going to work and the use of the coalculus platform.
There is no legal requirement for them to say the API application has been applied for but it would be unlikely if they didn't RNS a major milestone like that. I think we can assume that the formal application is not filed as yet.
The company objectives are quite clear that this is a Fintech company focused on a new type of payment system based on blockchain and the verification is based on Proof of stake and not Proof of work ( or proof of waste would be more appropriate ).
The number of transactions of bitcoin work out to about 3 ( three) per second and the pointless puzzle which is to find a once only number that produces a hash from the SHA 256 hash function with a given number of at least a certain number of leading zeros or to put it another way is less than a certain number. This is how the level of difficulty is set and adjusted and of course with all the miners we have now is using up the electrical power of a whole country and will increase a lot more if the value of BTC gets to the 100k or 1million level as the likes of Max Keiser and others ( who are already bitcoin billionaires ) are predicting.
Utter madness but that's where we are with the current Bitcoin protocol.
So we ( GST ) are going to use an efficient multi chain system to produce the same secure and immutable ledger for transactions to take place that will replace the likes of Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and the banks and which will be cheaper and more efficient than their's and makes bitcoin type protocol transactions look ridiculous in terms of speed and efficiency.
Of course all of the above payment systems know this and there's something of a race to get off the starting grid going on here as it's accepted that if they don't move with it they're finished.
Problem is they are making good profits out of all the dumb punters like us that are going to be reduced and so there is a dilemma for them in that the current systems make them fat cats and that's all about to change one way or the other depending on who the new players are and how fast they can get out working systems.
The timescale for this is a lot less than 5 years which has been suggested and more like one to two.........maybe even less.

If GS Fintech had FCA approval they would be shouting it out very loudly.
Question of getting all the ducks lined up so to say to avoid getting the application rejected on technicalities.

A positive RNS with real news and this would go mental. When this was doing 100% a day the number of trades was in the thousands and it kept triggering PME RNS's due to the low float volume.

Quite apart from the fact that we have nothing whatsoever to do with the bitcoin price it defies belief that Elon Musk was not buying BTC long before he made the now infamous tweets and was selling into the recent highs. As usual it's the mugs who were late to the party who are paying for his profits.....which will no doubt prop up things a bit at Tesla who have taken a hit in their SP which in itself was and is at ridiculous levels of MCAP and still is.
He (Musk) ....the so called master of new technology suddenly says " Bitcoin uses too much power and is not Eco friendly ", Well .....No Sh-1T sherlock is all I can say. If Musk truly was unaware of that then his credentials for running Tesla are seriously in doubt if he's only just realised it.
As I've banged on about before, the coalculus multi chain system is based on proof of stake and not proof of work ( like BTC and most altcoins) and uses hardly any power/transaction at all moreover it's designed as a payment system to rival visa, mastercard, and also the likes of western union and not a source of value per se.
BTC now seems to have peaked on the latest run and the next support is at the 36 week ema.
We shall see but it makes no difference to GST.
