Just out of interest they always take the best intraday price and always trade at the mid price......buy or sell.
A good bit of fun though although please no newbies take them seriously.
If you listen to Asher's presentations it's all about Cameroon and although there are other potential targets in Namibia and SA he always says he doesn't want to talk about it but will answer questions so that about sums it up.
Towers failures have all been exploration and now Asher's CEO he quite rightly wants to go for production.
Didn't like the terms of the LOI being confidential but I don't like Shell. Of all the majors why did it have to be them.
Incidentally, Envoi also have our SA JV partners on their client list........good luck to them with that one after the Beluga fiasco.
I guess at least Shell are loaded and this is just small change to them. What are the terms going to be........not favourable but the alternative is game over.

A lot of you guys are seasoned investors and you have a thread title about british bulls.........are you serious or is it some kind of " subtle ramp ".
In any case, anyone basing their investment decisions on british bulls should not be investing in the first place.

I called it correctly on Beluga........you only had to look at their address and the bull**** website.
I also called it correctly on the cameroon authorities who have been very patient with TRP and have shown remarkable faith......one up for asher there.
Anyone thinking the company is going to
1) get any kind of loan finance with a negative cash flow and
2) get terms that are favourable is living in fantasy land.
There's a placing coming here and Namibia and SA are pie in the sky.
Also 8million of this confetti is just punt money.....16k..........
I think if Asher can get a partner before the money runs out then it's good and I'm in else look at the history of placings and consolidations which will show you how many times shareholders have ben mugged.
Right now this is a punt unless a reliable JV partner with deep pockets can be found and quickly.

As suspected Beluga were a bunch of chancers and are now thankfully history.
Shell will want a large percentage which is why Asher is reticent to reveal details.
Who knows ........we may well get a better offer elsewhere as LOI's are fairly worthless.
It is great news that Cameroon have extended the licence as I thought that might drag on a bit.
Overall there has to be another placement soon which is going to be painful but that may well be the time to get involved again.
I have enthusiasm for the Thali project if only we can get it off the ground on decent terms.

Here's a few reasons.
The blockchain is the future in so many different ways. I suggest you do some research.
A payment system based on the low power proof of stake is the only viable solution to mass transactions and then combine this with a multi blockchain architecture and it is perfect.
The problem is the FCA and the FSA.
Those hypocritical .........well you decide what to call them.......pretend they have the interests of ordinary people to protect.
If that were true then there would be many AIM CEO's , CFO's and sundry other employees all locked up and giving her majesty pleasure in one of her many establishments around the UK.
They worship their masters at the central bank ( BOE) and are positively scared ****less by the rise of crypto.
They are proposing stablecoins but they will be stablecoins based on FIAT money so they can maintain control.
That's the problem and now you can go off and do some research before you start trading and lose your shirt to some snake oil salesman.......of which there are many........lurking in the market.

It is being assumed that it is the Cameroon authorities that are the problem......this is based on zero evidence and in fact if you look at the historical data then they have been extremely accommodating and cooperative
The problem is clearly Beluga and always has been and it only adds fuel to the argument that the best way to do business with Nigeria is to not do business with Nigeria.
it is a broken and endemically corrupt country best avoided.
Beluga were found by Envoi who are a tinpot one man band outfit not worth considering in any business sense. That;s Envoi but could also be applied to Beluga.
I think Tower could well get an extension to the licence given the good historic relations but it would not be unreasonable for the Cameroon authorities to want to see something that looked like a plan.
In the meantime I think an equity placing is imminent just to keep the lights on but there is an outside chance there may be a JV coming out of left field although with less than a month on the licence this is unlikely.
Any hope of a resurgence on other assets is clutching at straws.
I don't think the company is finished but right now things are looking bleak.

That's not to say it wouldn't be granted but these things take time in Africa and frankly the Cameroon authorities have already been very patient and will probably want some kind of assurances.
In the meantime the cash burn has been continuing and it will not be long.......probably another month or so before another equity raise will be necessary just to keep the lights on.
I know miracles do occur but basing an investment on that is reckless gambling.

Even if Asher comes up with a new investor then that investor will have to support the company financially to avoid a further dilution .
This company is no more than a speculative punt now.

I have to say this guy tends to be bullish about 88E but I think in this case it is fair and especially regarding the permeability.
Please remember that to have what has been laughably described by the likes of bogroll as a " gusher " would at the least require a reservoir over pressure which at a depth of approximately 1000 metres would be 100 atmospheres.
That would be about 1500 psi.

That sounds about as positive as you could be at this point.
Conoco Phillips and Pantheon don't have permeability issues .....And as already mentioned........A flow test would really remove doubt.

Many " investors " had a plan that involved an increase in SP before TD at which time they were looking to de risk and let the remainder go on a free carry.
Of course the world and his dog were all aware of this and the drilling completed ahead of schedule threw it out.
Now you are seeing the weak holders selling.......so no great mystery there.
The company may even have downplayed the RNS on purpose to shake them out.
Just a theory but there is no doubt in my mind that the sell off is just those without an appetite for risk getting out.
Of course that may be a wise move but the " buy when others are fearful " mantra would also be applicable.

It's all fine and good for someone to voice genuine concern(s) about a stock to warn others. I did exactly that about sound energy over five years ago now. I had sold out and done quite well but all I got was a load of abuse and so I just never bothered posting anything again on that board.
When someone continually posts negative sentiment and gets abuse but continues on regardless then there is either an ulterior motive or they're mentally ill.

I seriously doubt that Cameroon are conspiring with Beluga in any way but they may want proof of funds or Beluga may just simply not have the funding available ......which is what I have always had my doubts about and I think is the answer.
There are nine weeks left before the license expires and so if we got approval today then it would be a big ask to complete everything in time.
Asher should be looking for a license extension or renewal and a reliable and credible JV partner and doing it now.
How long can Tower keep going without another cash raise ?
Asher is a polite and honest man but he's made a real mess of this one and Namibia is just pie in the sky.
The company needs a credible plan with a clear path forward and it needs it now.
