RE: Why no response from CTAG9 Jan 2023 10:23
When the company delisted there was a general consensus that it would be a good idea to get a share certificate mainly on the grounds that you might be able to sell your shares on any grey market that developed.
CTAG then stopped that ie prevented you from getting a certificate by delisting from Crest.
So you either have a share certificate or your shares are still registered with your broker at the time. Mot shares are still in the nominee accounts of brokers.
In the normal scheme of things then either of these situations should not be a problem but a lack of communication is certainly a red flag. However in the unlikely event that anyone gets paid out then it should not be a problem to get your share value paid to you.
If as has been suggested that there will be another cash call in some form........c'mon guys......just a bit more, we're nearly there then I think that will be the ultimate red flag and confirmation that this is just another ploy to get more funds out of gullible PI's.
No point in discussing it further, just wait and see what happens but don't hold your breath.
