As Brom says we will need more cash from somewhere. It's more the uncertainty that's holding back the SP right now.
Of course there are so many waiting on the sidelines for a CR and then an SP drop so they can get in cheaper.
When everyone is so sure that something is going to happen ( like a drop in SP ) the market does the opposite.
Well that's been my experience in the past.
